You will find your holiday home on the outskirts of the traditional and picturesque violin making town, fog-free and absolutely quiet in the climatic health resort Mittenwald, over 900 m, framed by the impressive Alpine world of Karwendel and Wetterstein, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Relax in our comfortable, lovingly furnished and finished in January 2014, apartment. It was renovated from scratch and equipped with valuable materials in a modern, tastefully equipped with the latest technology. Floors: planks, oiled oak, bathroom: tiles, walk-in rain shower, tasteful, practical countertop washbasin with base cabinet for bathroom accessories, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, toilet. All-round ceiling ledges with built-in spotlights, in the living room with stereo speakers. From the beds, the entire bedroom can be switched off using a switch to prevent electrosmog. All walls, some of them in the bathroom, were covered with breathable lime plaster with silicate paint. Oak parquet flooring, not varnished, only oiled
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of the house inhabited by the owner herself.

2 people + possibly Toddlers can be accommodated.

Room layout / equipment: separate entrance, parking space and ski and bicycle storage.

We had a lovely stay in a comfortable apartment.The facilities were good.The hostess was exceptional.She was at the station to greet us and drove us to the apartment.Later,she took us by car to a supermarket and a short tour of the town.

Lovely apartment with such a beautiful view of the alps

We loved this apartment, very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. That bed is the most comfortable bed ever! The kitchen was well equipped . The best part was the balcony! Such a good view!! Better than the photos in the listing. This is a true gem!! The only thing I would say is that the listing advertised a clothes washing machine and dryer which were not included. Not a problem if you’re here for a holiday. We were travelling and would have liked to wash our clothes. Just take that into consideration. Wifi was also very slow but you are not in the alps to use the wifi so also not really an issue

Ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Aufenthalt.Die Wohnung für uns zwei völlig auseichend, sehr sauber, wie beschrieben modern ausgestattet und mit einem tollen Blick auf Mittenwald. Die Wohnung hat uns als Paar super gefallen.Gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet,sehr sauber.Hygieneartikel sowie Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden.Küchenausstattung sehr gut.Frau Richter ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, jederzeit ansprechbar für Fragen und Tips.Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein,da die Wohnung etwas oberhalb von Mittenwald liegt,ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in den Ort, dafür hat man aber einen herrlichen Ausblick vom Balkon auf Mittenwald.

Perfekt für zwei

Eine zwar kleine aber sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer tollen Aussicht, in der man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge - kleiner Tipp: Innsbruck liegt quasi um die Ecke. Alles in allem eine erholsame Urlaubswoche.
