COMFORT ALL YEAR ROUND:
Monte Casone can welcome you all year round with the highest level of comfort and respect for the environment. To achieve this the farm holiday accommodation has been renovated recently with green technologies which have brought the buildings to the highest level of energy performance (A+). Extremely efficient and comfortable in winter (up to 24°C in every room), the geothermal system uses the under-floor piping equipment for cooling purposes in summer. This technology is healthier and more comfortable than flowing cold air. The temperature inside the accommodation is typically kept around 8°C to 10°C cooler than peak outside temperature. Also, all bedrooms windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so as to take maximum advantage of night coolness. The use of these technologies, which is extremely rare in this region of Italy, offers you the possibility of visiting Tuscany out of season and thus to avoid overcrowding in the high season in the popular tourist destinations.

We enjoyed the entire villa. Very clean and well maintained. The pool was a little cold but we still enjoyed it. This place is magical!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spectacular Tuscan holiday!!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the villa and had a great stay. We’d be happy to welcome you back anytime.
This cottage was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! Nestled on the hillside, our view was to the west, providing us some of the most breathtaking sunsets we've ever seen. The grounds were emaculate, and the cottage we stayed in was very clean, with every provision imaginable. We would highly recommend staying here, as you will not be disappointed!

Thank you so much for your review. We’re really happy to hear the cottage exceeded your expectations. We’d love to welcome you back in the future! We hope to see you again someday.
The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. The location was just what we were looking for, out in the country, beautiful land as far as the eye could see!
Beautiful location! We have stayed in Tuscany many times and this property is up there in terms of location, views, pool, and apartment! We would love to return soon.
Absolutely stunning and a gorgeous property. Sara was extremely helpful when checking in and was available for all questions! Provided excellent restaurants in the area and could not have been a better host. Highly recommend!!
Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect weekend in Tuscany. The property was immaculate and the attention to detail fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much and can’t wait to come back!
Everything about this property was wonderful, spacious, well equipped, gorgeous grounds, easy communication with the hosts. You should just know that it is a bit remote and the road to it can be challenging.
Ok, so the Villa is a little off the beaten path. But not that far and what you get in return is peace, quiet, views for days and sunsets. A great place; well appointed with a killer pool. we will be back, perhaps to tent out all three, and will definitely recommend.
the home was lovely, and the property managers were delightful. the roads leading into the property are narrow and can be muddy. we actually got stuck in the mud close by, and the property manager kindly towed us out.
This property is stunning both inside and out. Truly an oasis in the hills of Tuscany. House is fully stocked and pristine. We had the best time and would highly recommend. One bit of caution is to ensure you take the right road (Via di Monte). Check google maps before you head to the property and make sure you take the right route. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful stay.
Property is amazing! I feel there needs to be better directions too many roads with the same name. We were lost for awhile. Also, a Monte Casone sign would help by the street sign. Luckily a nice Italian guy got on his motorbike and showed us which road. Wonderful place.
Beautiful and well appointed property. We would definitely stay there again.
Only negative comment is that we would have liked to receive the specific property location and check in details sooner that 4:30 pm the day before check in. When we called the listed contract number the only response was an Italian voicemail message with no opportunity to leave a message.
The villa is lovely - very clean, well lit, well equipped kitchen, great patio with sunset views. The infinity pool is awesome for adults/children. Host was very easy to work with. Overall the property is excellent. Sometimes the pictures can be deceiving but not this one. It’s fantastic.
The only minus we noted was - it’s located more towards the west, so in case you are planning to visit other villages its long drives everywhere, the closest San Gimignano is 35-45mins. drive.
In spite of this, I will highly recommend staying here for the peaceful, gorgeous, and spic & span property that this one is.
