This upscale cottage is furnished with luxury linens, stylish furnishings and offers an open floor plan with a queen bed, large closet, and oversized bathroom with an accessible shower. The living area is equipped with large picture windows, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, smart TV, and has a large attached deck with a fireplace that looks onto unobstructed views of the Truckee River. Cute Stay

We had an amazing experience. The tiny house was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the river roll by just steps away.

Absolutely the best!!

Cutest tiny home on the Truckee River. We stayed for hot August nights and let me tell you it had everything you could need for all the little touches of a homie feel. Perfect seclusion just far enough off of the strip and secure enough with outdoor cameras and gates with a beautiful porch. Every amenity a home could offer. This was such a perfect getaway and couldn't have been happier with the decision we made to stay at this "Pearl". Would stay again.

Beautiful view of the river

Pearl is a cute “tiny house” with an outstanding view of the Truckee river from a large picture window. The home boasts a large deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom. The mattress from very comfortable and the appointments tasteful. Wi-Fi was a little spotty and TV was through free TV or your Netflix, Amazon, etc accounts. You are located in a trailer park where it seems people actually live there but they seemed to be decent people who don’t bother anyone, for example didn’t hear any dogs barking or people yelling. Unit has private parking and is closest to 2nd Street and you could faintly hear traffic but it wasn’t overwhelming. The location is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and a few more minutes to University of Nevada, Reno. Would stay here again if in the area.

Perfect for a one-nighter

We absolutely loved our stay. The cute home was perfect for a night in Reno: close to the airport, comfortable bed and sparkling clean. I especially appreciate the warm bedding so we didn’t need to turn the heater on overnight. The water in the shower took a bit to warm up but my husband and I were able to each take a hot shower no problem. We’d come back again, though for longer stays we’d want the curtains in the bedroom to be switched to something like the drapes in the living room - when I got up to use the toilet at 2:30 am, I thought it was daytime because of the lights outside the home!
