Our home is very spacious having 1583 sq. feet and is completely updated and is IMMACULATE!

Our spacious Ranch style home includes 2 Master Suites each with King size Posturepedic mattresses. We spent extra $ on high-quality top-notch mattresses....there's nothing worse than going on vacation and waking up with a bad back from inferior beds. You may not want to get out of bed with these!
Each Master has large walk-in closets, and a 3rd bedroom with a twin Trundle Bed. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screened Smart TV's. There are two newly updated ceramic tiled bathrooms, CENTRAL AIR, and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.

TV/Family room has a sectional couch for seating, three additional chairs and a large wall mounted 55” Flat Screen Smart TV and an Echo Alexa for your music enjoyment.

LANAI-Enclosed Screened Lanai located off of the TV Room, with Dining Table with seating for six on one side. The other side has a Sitting Area with Love Seat, Two Chairs, Coffee Table and three side tables. Curtains that can be drawn shut to block the sunlight when needed. There is Landscape lighting behind the Lanai programmed to go on at Dusk.

Separate living room with a sofa, love seat, two chairs for entertaining, an additional Echo Alexa for your music enjoyment leading into a Dining Room with seating for six.

The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counters, new stainless steel double sink with updated faucets, all new stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, large refrigerator/freezer and microwave. It is equipped with every pot, pan, knife, every gadget you could possibly need. You name it, we have it!

High end linens, bathing towels/washcloths, and beach towels are all supplied.

For your use and enjoyment, the large 2 car garage stores 4 bikes, beach chairs, beach buggy, beach umbrella, 2 large & 2 small soft coolers, a straw beach bag, beach toys, and noodles to float away in the gorgeous Gulf waters at the beach. The garage also stores a propane gas grill for your use. There is a full-size washer and dryer.

After the beach or for all your shower needs, enjoy the outside shower, equipped with privacy walls and a dressing area; it’s such a delightful showering experience you’ll never want to shower inside again!

A fenced in back and side yards for your privacy, includes motion detector spotlights and garage and lamppost lighting on dusk to dawn sensors. There are two exterior security cameras. There are NO cameras or surveillance of any kind inside of our Home. It also has a digital resort lock with a code that you use to enter, no keys to lose! Your code is activated for your stay, and then deactivated when your rental is over, assuring that no one else has access to our home during your stay.

Utilities including Central A/C, Four Smart TVs, and Wireless WIFI Internet.

Bike or walk to the very popular Legacy Trail, to one of the waterfront eateries tucked into every nook within less than a mile away, beaches, shopping, banking...Just a few short minutes away, enjoy a relaxing ride down the coast of Casey Key and marvel at the beautiful multi-million-dollar mansions of such famous people as Stephen King and other world known celebrities.

The sunsets are memorable everyday...but on Wednesday's and Saturday's join the locals and vacationers on the beach for “DRUMS BY THE SUNSET”. Two hours prior to the sunset, the drums begin...you'll find everyone enjoying the serenity of it, dancing to it, dining, laughing, playing...just embracing the moment. Bring a glass of wine... It's beautiful...it's memorable...it's an amazing experience.

Venice Beach is one mile south, the shark tooth capital of the world. People come from all over to look for and collect the shark teeth that cover the shoreline. There's Sharky's restaurant/bar and a long fishing pier to fish or just walk to and enjoy the sites. The lovely town of Venice often has live music and is only two miles south; it has so many quaint shops, theatre, and restaurants. A lovely way to spend the day or evening, it will most likely become a regular place for you to visit.

Siesta Key and the Village is only 20 minutes north, as is Sarasota's Main Street which offers many restaurants, shops, and music. Of course, Siesta Key is also known worldwide for its white powdery quartz sand beaches and a must visit during your stay.

St. Armand’s Circle in Sarasota is also 20 miles north and another must visit during your stay. A beautiful place for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment to fill your day or evening.

We are just minutes from year-round championship golf, fishing, boating, famed towns, the Theater, the Symphony, galleries, the gulf beaches, shopping, fine dining, beach restaurants with entertainment, shopping and more shopping. Within minutes you'll have everything at your fingertips.

Located between Sarasota and Venice and you can walk to public transportation and walk or bike to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beaches. There is handy access to US41, the Legacy Trail, SR 681 and I-75. Sarasota airport is less than 30 minutes away, with 1 hr to Busch Gardens and Tampa airport, or 1 hr South to Ft Myers airport. We are just minutes to the arts, theater, museums, fishing, fine dining, exclusive shops as well as your everyday necessities for Publix, Aldi, Walmart, Beals, etc...you name it, it's just minutes away.
