Everything perfect

Bruno is a very friendly host and gave us many tips for excursions around the area. As mentioned you have to go 84 steps to the apartment, so you need to be fit : ) the flat and the pool were clean and the garden beautiful to recreate.

My family and I stayed in Pieve at this nicest apartments in October for three days. Apartments Azzure were not big but comfortable and enough for us. Kitchen is well equiped. Nice outdoor place with table and chairs allowed us to have very tasty cup of coffee both in mornings and in evenings. Inspite of the autumn weather our son manage even to enjoy the pool situated in the premises! The apartments are situated just above the main road and it was easy for us to go around by car. Although there isn't private parking in the premises but there is some parking places nearby and Bruno helped us with parking. Supermarket is 800 m from the house (or 3 min by car). But our special thanks are for the owner of the place Bruno who made our stay in Pieve very pleasant; we feel at home there. Thanks to Bruno we tasted very interesting "Ligure specialty" - focaccia con cipolla. Bruno gave us very useful information and good advices concerning the nearest touristic sights. Ciao, Bruno! Thank you very much for your kind attention and warm hospitality!

Das Objekt entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen

Wir wollten schwimmen und schnorchel. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist dafür speziell in unserem Alter 76 und 82 Jahre ungeeignet. Es fehlt ein sicherer Einstieg. Die alten vorhandenen sind nicht mehr brauchbar. Ich wurde beim Versuch zu schwimmen zweimal verletzt. Beim Zweiten Versuch so stark, dass ich nicht mehr ins Wasser konnte. Die Parkplatznot ist so groß, dass es nur schwer möglich ist einen Parkplatz zu ergattern, so dass ein Ausweichen an andere Stellen aus Furcht keinen Parkplatz zu finden unterblieben. Bei schönem Wetter kann man wunderbar im Garten sitzen und auch dort essen. Die Gastgeber geben sich große Mühe und sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein Hinweis, dass von der Straße zum Haus 86 Stufen zu bewältigen sind und zum Wasser etwa noch einmal soviel, wäre hilfreich. Ein Hinweis für Gäste, die Schwimmen wollen wäre angebracht. Beim Sandstrand kommt Wasser vom Gebirge und das Wasser siehst an dieser Stelle verschmutzt aus und zum Baden wenig geeignet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bruno , qui nous a réservé un bon accueil avec plein de bonnes intentions. Merci à lui et à son entourage. La région de Gênes est dense en population sur le bord de mer compte tenu de la forte présence de la montagne. ce qui rend cette région très belle . Pieve Ligure est idéalement placé pour en visiter l'essentiel : Gênes, Cinque terrre, Portofino, Sestri levante etc...

Zauberhafter Garten mit unvergesslichem Ausblick

Perfekte Aussicht, perfekter Vermieter

Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern (4 Jahre und 4 Monate) bei Bruno zu Gast und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Apartment war genau richtig für uns vier und perfekt ausgestattet. Highlight ist die Terrasse, die nur zum Apartment gehört und von der aus man eine ganz grossartige Aussicht hat. Wie die Bewohner der anderen drei Ferienwohnungen kann man aber auch den wunderschönen Garten mit Schaukel und Pool sowie eine tolle Outdoorküche nutzen. Der Pool ist klein aber perfekt für eine Erfrischung nach einem langen Tag am Strand. Wir waren gerne am Strand von Boliasco, mit Kindern haben wir 20min zu Fuss gebraucht oder den Bus genommen. Um die tolle Aussicht zu geniessen muss man zwar knapp 80 Stufen bis zum Haus zurücklegen, aber für uns und sogar für unsere 4jährige Tochter war das kein Problem. Wir haben uns schon vor unserer Ankunft durch die Kommunikation mit Bruno sehr Willkommen gefühlt und wurden dementsprechend herzlich von ihm empfangen. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, stand uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat es sehr bedauert, dass wir etwas früher abreisen mussten weil unsere Tochter krank wurde. Als kleinen Trost hat er uns sogar ein paar Pflanzen aus seinem Gärtchen mitgegeben, die uns jetzt immer an einen zu kurzen aber sehr schönen Urlaub erinnern. Danke Bruno und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Plus que parfait et très conforme à la description

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le stella azzura du 21 au 28 juillet 2018. Au calme, propre, bons couchages, avec une belle terrasse privative offrant une superbe vue sur la mer, très agréable le soir. Le studio est très bien équipé, cuisines intérieure et extérieure impeccables. Le jardin est magnifique, avons apprécié la piscine pour se rafraîchir. La demeure reste fraîche le soir, la clim n'est pas franchement utile, ce qui est très appréciable. Le studio est bien situé rien n'est loin, tout peut être fait à pied : les courses, la gare, le bus, la plage... Quant à Bruno homme, il est parfait, comme ses locations. Il sera vous conseiller, vous guider et vous cultiver sur l'Italie. Il parle parfaitement le français. Un homme présent mais discret à découvrir.

Traumhafter Garten mit tollem Vermieter

Wir haben eine Woche im Studio Stella azzura verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht groß aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Man hat eine schöne Terasse mit Blick auf`s Meer und einen traumhaften Garten direkt vor der Türe. Der Pool ist etwa 1 Meter tief und unsere Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Von unserem Vermieter Bruno waren wir alle begeistert :-) Um in seine Wohnung zu kommen muss man zuerst einige Treppenstufen bewältigen und das Parkplatzangebot ist nicht riesig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine Pizzeria mit sehr guter Pizza. Der Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Lieber Bruno, danke für eine tolle Woche und viele Grüße von den Rother`s

Toller Garten und herzlicher Vermieter

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Terasse gemütlich mit einer wundervollen Aussicht zum Meer. Der Garten liebevoll gepflegt und mit reichlich blühenden Pflanzen ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Bruno - ein echter Kümmerer und Fürsorger. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Treppe von der Straße zum Anwesen. Es sind in der Tat 76 Treppen. Man kann dies aber auch als tägliches Fitnesstraining betrachten. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Coming as guests leaving as friends

We really enjoyed our stay in Pieve Ligure. The landlord Bruno is a very friendly and well spoken man, who takes care of the property as well as of his holiday guests. Everything needed in the house is there, things are in order and the property is kept clean and nice. The pool is maintained well, there are lots of small corners to sit and relax, spend some time watching the Ligurian Sea. The houses in the groundfloor have their own patio, all the other renters have opportunities to enjoy their breakfast (et alia) in the garden as well. You get some nice tips from Bruno for a quick start at the Golfo Paradiso; anyway the area has lots to do and conquer. We want to come back – because of so many reasons :-) and also because Bruno doesn’t make one feel like guests but as family friends.

Schöner Urlaub & super Vermieter

Wir waren mit unserem 4-jährigen Sohn bei Bruno. Sehr praktisch ist der Tisch auf der Veranda der sich gleich bei der Eingangstür befindet, also optimal wenn das Kind abends schläft und man noch draußen sitzen möchte. Zu Bruno: Er ist ein herzensguter Vermieter der stets bei Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfüging steht. Zudem hat er ein gutes Gespür sich dezent im Hintergrund zu halten, sprich mann kann absolut seine Ruhe haben. Anfangs hat uns der Verkehr (Autos, Roller und Zug) etwas gestört, dies liegt vermutlich aber auch daran dass wir selbst auf einem kleinen Dorf wohnen. Wir haben den privaten Parklatz mit verschlossenem Tor mitgebucht, was angesichts der knappen, engen Parkplätze an der Straße und der vielen defekten Stoßstangen sehr zu empfehlen ist. Unser Auto bewegten wir die komplette Woche nicht, wir reisten täglich mit dem Zug, was auch sehr praktisch ist da die Bahnhöfe alle in unmittelbare Nähe zum Zentrum oder zum Strand liegen. Bis auf Genua hat es uns überall gefallen, besonders hervorzuheben ist noch der Ort Camogli mit seinen bunten, hohen Häuserfasaden direkt am Meer.

Nous avions le Studio Stella azzurra (très bien équipé), avec une superbe terrasse facile à utiliser car juste située devant la sortie du studio. La vue sur la mer était très agréable. La piscine est petite mais permet de se rafraichir. Bruno nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux, dans un français parfait ! Il nous a aussi donné des indications sur les visites pendant notre séjour. Nous avons ainsi visité : Gênes, les Cinque Terre, Santa Margherita, San Rocco, San Fruttuoso, et surtout Camogli que nous vous conseillons... Pascal & Adeline

Le logement donnant sur une terrasse et un jardin magnifique est très agréable. La vue y est magnifique. C'est un bonheur d'y prendre le petit déjeuner et de s'y reposer après une journée de visite. Bruno et sa femme sont très accueillants et il est très sympathique et intéressant de discuter avec eux ! Fantastico!

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Wohnung mit Ausgang zur Blumenterasse mit Meerblick. Ideal für Kinder zum Spielen. Der Zug ist weit genug weg und stört geräuschtechnisch nicht. Der freundliche Eigentümer Bruno hilft gerne bei der Urlaubsplanung und allen sonstigen Belangen. Ich hoffe ich kann eines Tages zurückkehren. :-)

Paradis sur terre!,

Si en mars vous êtes déprimés par la grisaille de chez vous, si vous n'avez pas le moral, si vous ne parlez pas italien ou très peu...passez donc quelques jours dans le studio Stella Azzurra chez Bruno et Vittoria. Le descriptif et les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement et la literie est bonne. Comme dans beaucoup d'endroits en Ligurie, la maison est accessible après une montée d'escaliers et vous offre une superbe vue sur la mer. Le jardin, qui même en cette fin d'hiver, vous donne à voir ses mimosas, ses citronniers, cédrats et toute une variétés d'agrumes...On a pu garer la voiture en toute sécurité le long de la route en dessous de la propriété. On accède facilement à Gênes et aux villages côtiers par le train ou le bus . Comme c'est une région montagneuse, il y a beaucoup de sentiers de randonnée, bien balisés. Et vous, Dominique et Mado, vous ètes adorables il est vraiment facile de se sentir avec vous comme avec de vieux amis! Mais la: ça je ne le laisse pas ecrit pour vous mais pour d'autres proprietaires qui verront lire une valutation de vous: quand vous avez quitté Stella azzurra nous l'avons trouvé mieux et plus propre et parfaitement entretenu de quand nous l'avions preparé le jour de votre check-in! Les françaises, gens de dignité et d'honneur ciaoo et merçi encore!

Eine phantastische Location...5 Sterne reichen nicht für Unterkunft und Gastgeber!

Schon beim Betreten des wunderschönen Gartens blieb uns der Mund offen stehen. Wunderschön blühende Pflanzen wohin man auch schaut, fruchttragende mediterrane Bäume von Zitrone bis Kumquat. Eine Terrasse im Grünen und ein Ausblick direkt aufs Meer, bei dem man nicht möchte, dass das Frühstück unter freiem Himmel jemals ein Ende hat. Die Ferienwohnung im rustikal italienischem Flair, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Und ein Gastgeber so herzlich und hilfsbereit, wie wir noch keinen zweiten erlebt haben. Vielen Dank, lieber Bruno! Diese Woche war etwas ganz besonderes! Es grüßt Prinzessin Mathilda und Familie :)

I can suggest this family to all of my collegues: Mr.Markus and Mrs. Silke and their lovely Prinzessin Mathilda are not 5 Stars, they are more if possible! I think that all of my german clients merit and earn to be the "heart" of Europe and this berliner family is the best example of how people of the New Age should be! Da consigliare con 8 stelle non solo cinque! Solo la loro partenza sarà un momento triste, questi ospiti saranno come amici non solo ospiti: simpatici, cordiali, gentili, civili! Ciao mici spero di rivedervi ancora :)) :))

Wonderful

Wonderful, we did 2 wonderful days. The owner is a very friendly and helpful gentleman. My kids were amazed. Full five stars.
