My husband me and our daughter stayed here.Stunning apartment.Spotlessly clean.Netflix Disney and WFI.Loved it would definitely go back to this apartment.

Secure Apartment Complex

Great property in a great location. The photographs don't do the apartment justice, it is a large apartment well furnished with modern furniture with all you need in the kitchen, free wi-fi and a small balcony with enough room for a couple to eat outside. The complex has a large pool, small shop & bar open during the day. Checking in was very easy and the staff at the desk (which is open 24 hours) were very helpful. The complex is quiet but only a couple of minutes away from the marina, where there are a number of decent restaurants & bars. Overall we had a nice stay with no complaints.

Brilliant family getaway

What a brilliant family getaway , listing said 2 bedroom but was actually 1 bedroom think that’s the only think that let this place down. Brilliant location bang smack on albufeira marina. 2 adults 1 teen 1 toddler and one new born baby apartment was great for all ages but there is no lift so had to carry the push chair but I made do. Jimmy replied very quick and always answered any question I had asked , left the keys in the apartment one day and he managed to get us back in , a true gentleman as these mistakes are very easily done . Nothing was to much for jimmy I would highly stay here again

Apartment suited to 3 people was promoted as being suitable for 5. The rent was exhorbitant.

An absolute con. Beds provided were only suitable for three people. Other two beds were makeshift. The quality of beds and bedclothes was extremely poor, cheapest possible. Not enough provided for 5 people, we had to purchase more.Aircon did not work in the living room/2nd bedroom. We had to buy a fan for this room.No cardkey provided for entry to the complex.Sheets and towels were not changed for the 2nd week of our stay. The owner stopped communicating when I complained about the conditions. He maintained that everything in the apartment was perfect.

cela fais plus de 6 ans que nous louons et jamais aucun problème ,vous nous avez dit que l'annonce était pour 2chambre !! jamais de la vie ces 1 chambre et ces indique partout ,en ce qui concerne les couchages il y a 2canpe lit et en effet un plus petit pour un adolescent et un enfants .De fortune vous dite n importe quoi ils sont de très bonne qualités ,en ce qui concerne la clim une panne et survenu du au pile de telecomande tout simplement ;;;; il yen n avais dans le meuble tv il fallait juste les changer et regarder un peu plus dans l'appartement ,les locataire qui sont arriver juste après vous l on fait et ça marche très bien , et pour les draps Ilya une machine a laver il s'agissait juste de faire tourner le linge ..... et laver vos draps , je vous fournit des draps propre et linge propre a l entrée après ces a vous de laver votre linge vous n etes pas a lhotel ? si vous saviez demandes cette prestation je vous l aurai facturer en plus et des le départ et je vous rappel que plus de 300E vous ont été rembourser sur votre séjour ce qui est énorme pour ces petit désagrément et votre mécontentement . abriter a bien été gentil et pour la carte d'accès blanche elle a été perdu par les locataire avant vous malheureusement ça a ami Sun peu plus de temps que prévu pour la commander et la recevoir .

Uma estadia enganosa

Aluguei o apartamento como t2 assim estava descrito no anúncio, realidade é um t1. O proprietário tem que esclarecer melhor a tipologia do apartamento. Quanto à limpeza....roupas de cama e atoalhados metiam medo. Paguei uma taxa de limpeza e o proprietário pediu me para fazer limpeza no final da estadia. O local é bom ,tem uma piscina muito boa bastante espaçosa,a limpeza exterior é exemplar. O apartamento fora o que não correu bem...é novo e para um t1 é espaçoso.

A vous de bien lire les référence de l appartement je suis désole la femme de ménage et passer le soir même ou vous êtes arriver car à titre exceptionnel des gens ou louer 1 nuit ce que je ne ferais plus encore désoler pour sa , regarder l’es autre avis nous somme proche de la perfection. Très belle surprise pour cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé, à la marinha d'albufeira. L'appartement est grand, nous étions 5 et c'était parfait. Il est très bien équipé et très propre. Il est dans une résidence mais contrairement à ce qu'on pourrait penser, c'est calme le soir. La piscine est très grande autant adapté aux petits comme aux grands. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour que l'on aurait bien fait prolonger un peu plus ...
