Host was welcoming. Registration was so easy. They are willing to go above and beyond. They always had smiles on their face and greeted everyone entering and exiting. The condo was very clean.

The beachview from the living room and belcony was amazing..the AC was cold..but the Bedroom is in the back just to let y'all know...where in some units you get the beachview right from the bedroom...but as a wnole I recommend this unit to as well Thanks for the Wonderful stay the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have..

The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. The balcony was great.My wife and I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The Hostess communicated in a timely matter and everything went smoothly on checking in and out. We had a great time here celebrating our 40th anniversary.

The condo was absolutely amazing. However, the property only had 1 to 2 working elevators for the whole thing. The elevator did not start working properly until our second to last day there.

Stay during Helene hurricane week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the washing machine stopped working while I was doing laundry, the host Rachel promptly replaced it the following day. We were at the beach at that time, and she came replaced it, she even re-washed my clothes for me! The view is truly stunning, and the amenities are so convenient. There was more rain/ wind the day of Hurricane Helene, this didn’t ruin our vacation. We would definitely come back. Thank you Rachel!

As described, needs a good cleaning

The property was as described but the shower rails and baseboard needed cleaned. Also, since it’s up to the previous renters to clean the dishes, we pulled out several plates and bowls that were just stuck in the cabinets dirty- like still good and grease on them. The bed sheets felt like they had sand in them. The door was so hard to open that my husband had to help each time. None of these issues caused us to need to contact the owner, but a message about the door was sent after checkout to be checked.

Can't be beat!

The property is exactly as listed; clean, comfortable, and has everything needed to feel at home. The views of the gulf are breathtaking;. We took advantage of so many amenities on the property; indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, workout area, restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. A perfect fit for us; we will return!
