Your stay at the Clos Rosalinda is entirely dedicated to holidaymakers. Villa Rosalinda, in addition to the exceptional view of the Gulf of Pinarello and its Genoese tower, is fully air-conditioned, each equipped with a swimming pool maintained at least 26°C and direct access to the beaches which are about 250m from the Clos. Children can go up and down the beach on their own, the small road that is even there is a very little frequented cul-de-sac.
FINALLY A REAL HOLIDAY CLEANING IS PROVIDED EVERY 2 DAYS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. FINALLY ENJOY YOUR STAY TO THE FULLEST.......
In addition to the comfort of the air conditioning you will be delighted with the interior of the house, practical and functional, safe for children. All our rooms are equipped with bathroom/toilet. The property is fully fenced, the villa has its car access and independent parking.

Séjour très agréable à la villa rosalinda ! Villa extrêmement bien équipée , décoration soignée , chaque chambre a une réelle intimité avec sdb et wc. Terrasse avec vue mer , piscine , tout est pensé pour un séjour au calme mais néanmoins proche de la ville. Proximité immédiate de la plage. Propriétaire très sympathique . Nous recommandons vivement , allez y les yeux fermés , vous ne serez pas déçus !

Hervorragender Aufenthalt bei netten Gastgebern

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal Gäste in der Villa Rosalinda. Auch nach einem zeitlichen Abstand von 6 Jahren waren das Haus, der Pool und die Außenanlage noch immer in einem super gepflegten und blitzsauberen Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Woche im August mit Familie

Wir hatten eine super erholsame Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super durchdacht gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. 3 Duschen, 4 Klos, Grill, privater Salzpool und dazu hammer Aussicht. Zum Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, sogar mit einem kleinen Kind zu Fuß. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen... Besitzer war
