This 95m² house, peaceful a few steps from the sea, will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends.

A few steps from the sea, with its small garden, it has a beautiful living space and 6 real beds in 3 separate bedrooms, as well as a beautiful living room and a large south-facing terrace in addition to its north terrace (for freshness hot days).

Located 200m from the beach and the pedestrian sea wall of St Aubin sur Mer, you can choose here between walks along the beach, sea bathing, games on the beach or even enjoy the seaside restaurants, or the casino , all on foot, all while being quiet.

Many possible activities nearby: hiking, coastal lounge, sand yachting (Hermanville/sea), sailing (sailing club in St Aubin sur mer, Langrune sur mer and Luc/sea), golf (Port en Bessin, Bieville beuville, Omaha , Cabourg or Caen).
Nordic walking and/or cycling, hiking in Bessin or along our coasts.
Visits to the landing beaches (you are there), Bayeux medieval town or Caen and its fortified castle of William the Conqueror 20km away, or even a Norman Dolce Vita while strolling in Deauville or Honfleur.

For the most curious among you, Mont Saint Michel and the Cliffs of Etretat are 1 hour 30 minutes' drive away.

The house is made up of a beautiful living room with pellet stove, main heating with a "cozy" atmosphere in winter, 1 large sofa, television and 2 equipped South and North terraces (chaise lounges, electric barbecue, parasol, etc.); 2 private parking spaces in front of the house.
An equipped, integrated and complete kitchen, dishwasher, large refrigerator, completes the house as well as a laundry room with washing machine and a toilet on the ground floor.

3 bedrooms upstairs with 160, 140 and 80x2 bed - Bathroom upstairs & Toilets on each level.

Washing machine available free of charge, baby equipment left at your disposal (stair rail, travel cot without sheets, high chair, stove rail, stroller, bed rail, baby bath)

Excellent property with all amenities required for a self catering holiday. Was very comfy and clean, location is perfect, short stroll to the beach and max 20 mins to walk to shops and restaurants. Isabelle was very responsive and when we had a minor issue she sorted it very quickly for us. Highly recommended if you would like to visit the area especially for touring the D day beaches.

Excellent séjour passé dans cette magnifique région tant pour ses panoramas à couper le souffle que pour cette hzrbergent absolument parfait ! Rarement vu (pour ne pas dire jamais) un tel niveau de prestations puisque rien n’y manque, du plus fondamental au plus « accessoire »…), sans compter la propreté de l’ensemble et la décoration pleine de goût. Bref, à conseiller chaudement. Merci aussi pour l’accueil et les petites suggestions de visites et d’animations reçues par texto pendant le séjour…Juste parfait donc !

St Aubin sur Mer

Maison très propre, décoration épurée idéale pour bord de mer. Chambres spacieuses et lumineuses. Cuisine très bien équipée et mobilier de jardin au top. Une terrasse devant au soleil et un jardinet à l’arrière idéal pour flâner. Une salle de bain à l’étage avec baignoire. Le seul bémol , il manque une douche en bas ou un point d’eau extérieur , nous mettons du sable dans les escaliers et à l’étage au retour de la plage . Nous avons passés un agréable séjour en famille au calme. Je recommande sans hésiter.

C’est donc un logement familial pour un séjour à la mer au calme et vous faire découvrir cette jolie région.

Endroit calme ( rue peu passante)à quelques pas de la plage et digue de saint aubin sur mer
Tout est accessible à pied ( restaurants, café ,supérette, plage)
Possibilité de louer des vélos à proximité pour visiter la cote normande (pistes cyclables aménagées sur le secteur)
