Amenities: iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, satellite tv, air conditioning, private parking, free cot in the apartment, heated pool, safe deposit, no parties, private entrance, enhanced cleaning practices, garden, free wireless internet, 2x shower, 3x double bed, double sofa, big screen tv, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker.

The villa is at 2 kms from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.

Guarantee deposit of 1500 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 120 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 0,90 € per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking

maison très fonctionnelle, décorée avec soins et très bien équipée par les propriétaires. A souligner l'accueil et le soutien exceptionnel de Patrick. Le parking est trop petit pour accueillir un pickup mais il est aisé de se garer dans la rue juste devant la maison. L'emplacement dans les Hauts de St François est stratégique, à la fois près des commodités et des activités.
