Great stay!
This is a great stay. Someone with mobility issues might be wary but we did great. The room was great for light cooking and my morning coffee. The 2 bathrooms was a big plus. I would stay again in the future.

Excellent location and quaint little condo
Very clean condo. Very comfy beds. Amazing quality pillows. Perfect size kitchen for what we needed. (We didn’t plan to cook with that many restaurants nearby) We did need more towels and wash cloths as an adequate amount wasn’t left for our stay. We contacted the owner and they handled it immediately! We also ran into an ant issue and that was handled the same day while we were out exploring! This place made our trip to Gatlinburg a breeze! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the coaster and the sky lift. The lights on the mountain at night were beautiful! Would DEF stay here again!

Perfect for a weekend
Enjoyed our visit to Gatlinburg. We are locals to Tennessee and live about 2 hours away and come to the area on a regular basis. It was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Having internet access on TV was perfect for their entertainment. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequate and especially enjoyed the balcony. I do suggest a small table for the balcony for drinks. Comfortable and appreciate having a recliner. Will definitely consider for our next stay. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great Host and location
A 'high five' goes out to Jamie for his fast communication skills. The condo rooms were laid out just fine and far better than putting money into a hotel, and we wanted this location instead of doing the cabin routine for this trip. We attended the 2022 Gatlinburg Christmas parade, so this worked out fine. *NOTE for anyone attending the parades there, be sure you have a parking pass from the condo maintenance person, as we found out luckily before the parade started, without the pass displayed, you will be towed, during parade events... I communicated to Jamie how the persons in the unit above us were not exactly the best residents, as we could hear what sounded like running back and forth and then furniture moving about through the 'quiet hours'. That's the thing about this type of close unit, you don't know who will be next to or above you. Its a chance you take and just a reminder to be respectful of your neighbors. We would stay here again as it was perfect for three adults, one of which has a handicap. Bring your own blankets though, I must note that, as we just found duvet, quilt type covers there and we love our blankets from home. We stayed the first couple days of December. Thank you!
