The Veranda includes three beautiful homes — the Historic House (1914), the brand-new Pool House, and the cozy Bunkhouse. Choose from four rental packages tailored to your group size:

Package 1 – Historic House + Bunkhouse, sleeps 26 total

Historic house- Sleeps 12 total, with one bedroom down, and a fold out couch in an upstairs bedroom. Each bedroom has his own bathroom plus a downstairs powder room for any additional guests. It has a full kitchen, a breakfast room and a formal dining area, with a screened in wraparound porch.

Bunkhouse- sleeps 14 with 2 queen size beds, 8 built-in single bunk beds, and a sofa bed in the loft, outside of upstairs bedroom. It has a smaller but fully equipped kitchen with a casual dining area and living space. It shares one bathroom.

Package 2 – Sleeps up to 28, Pool House + Bunkhouse:

Pool house- 3 Queen size bedrooms, plus a bunk room that sleeps 8. Bunk room has its own dedicated bathroom and all other bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms. The pool house has a beautiful modern kitchen, with a formal dining table and a breakfast table. This house is perfect for holiday entertaining or large dinner gatherings. There is an indoor outdoor pass-through bar to enjoy drinks on the expansive patio or poolside. It also has a beautiful terrace off of the second floor that overlooks the pool and the lake.
