We are offering our house for rent to a family for their holiday.
Beautifully located on the hills above St. Gély du Fesc in a quiet, residential area, this 140 m² house sits on a flat, tree-lined lot of 1,000 m².
It offers all the comforts a family with children could need: 4 bedrooms, including 2 children’s rooms, a large garden, and a heated pool.
On the ground floor, the house features a large living area (open-concept kitchen, living room, and family room) measuring 65 m² with all the amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size refrigerator (perfect for ice cubes in the summer), reversible air conditioning, a large sofa, and a big-screen TV (Box, Netflix, Wi-Fi). The ground floor also features a half-bath, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), and a 25 m² master suite with a large double bed (180 × 200), a desk, a walk-in closet, reversible air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom.
Upstairs, there is a half-bath, a shower room, and 3 bedrooms:
- 1 children’s or teen’s bedroom with a 140×190 bed on a loft (for one or two children or teenagers)
- 1 children’s or teen’s bedroom with a small 90×170 bed
- 1 bedroom with a BZ sofa that folds out into a 140×200 bed.
Outside, you’ll enjoy two terraces: one facing the garden with a large playground, a trampoline, and football goals; another 40 m² terrace equipped with a large table, 8 chairs, and a barbecue (gas and charcoal). Finally, there is a large heated pool measuring 4m x 9m, lounge chairs, and the comfort of a pool house equipped with a large garden sofa.
