We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hot tub was a highlight and the perfect way to relax after a long day. The host was friendly and communicative. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Incredibly cool Historical House. The hosts were great and only a few steps away if we needed anything from them or their local general store. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was cool to be in an 1800's house, relax in the parlor, eat dinner to candlelight in the wonderful dining room and have everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our in home meals. The hot tub was perfect for morning coffee and evenings under the stars. Plenty of room in the back yard for our dogs and even though we didn't use it, it was nice there was a firepit, supplied wood and camp chairs. The town was very cool and seems like a very tight nit, small community. Five minutes to Tappan Lake for some nice hikes and only 10 minutes from Clendening Lake. Had the weather been warmer, we would have brought our kayaks. Would definitely return in the summer to take advantage of the lakes. The leaves were just starting to turn so it was a beautiful fall weekend! A big thanks to the hosts for letting us stay! We had a relaxing time.

Great location! Close to Tappan Lake and right next store to a local store stocked with beer, homemade ice cream, prepared food and snacks. The house is even larger and nicer than pictured. We were very happy with our stay and loved all of the extras! The hot tub, firepit with stocked firewood, game room stocked with games and tons of movie options made this place perfect for our family!! This is a great place to stay for a relaxing family weekend! The hosts were just a quick text/walk away for anything we needed. We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!!
