Cette mini villa climatisée située aux hameaux de Pietragione se trouve à moins de 100 mètre de la célèbre plage de Santa Giulia.
Composée d'un séjour cuisine équipée avec mezzanine et d'une salle de douche avec WC, le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes (1 lit double en et 1 canapé convertible). La literie à été remplacé à la fin de la saison 2023.
Une belle terrasse aménagée est à disposition ainsi qu'une place de parking devant la maison.
Un chemin mène directement à la plage de SANTA GIULIA depuis la résidence.
Linge de maison en option sur demande.
