Located 700 m from the beautiful sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a park and quiet, with swing and bowling, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 small villas all air conditioned with TVs and privatized terraces
Residence closed. Parking inside. Guardian present at the year.

In the village, 800 m away, is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto Vecchio is 7 km away. The mini Villas are all equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Collective washing machine available.


This charming villa is planned for 6 people, it consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 and the other mezzanine with 1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90 living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, kitchen , bathroom / wc, covered terrace.

Mandatory cleaning of 70 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Arrival: 5 pm
Departure: 10 am

Possibility of renting linen, rental price 20 € for 2 people sheets and towels.
A deposit of 300 € will be required and returned at the end of the stay (not cashed)

Some issues, but overall ok

We arrived and were given an appartment which was on first look what was offered by the pictures shown on the description. When looking at the beds we found out that the two pictures, that were showing one large bed and a room with two single beds were not in the appartment we were given. We had one room with a single bed, which crashed in the last night we were there and one room with a bunk bed, which was obviously for children. We were 4 adults and could barely manage to stay there. I tried to contact the owner - number was wrong. Then I wrote on FeWo, but without reply. We felt kind of left with the situation as it is. The housekeeper spoke no english and was not reasonable, since they were booked out. The rest was ok, but the situation with the beds was not ok at all.

Villa sympathique indépendante avec terrasse et jardin privatif. Notre hôte a été super arrangeant pour l’arrivée comme pour le départ. Idéal pour aller profiter de la magnifique petite plage de Saint Cyprien. Je recommande !

Belle découverte

Résidence à taille humaine, très calme sans aucune nuisance. Très bon accueil du gérant dont la volonté de vous satisfaire est remarquable. Très proche de la baie de Saint Cyprien, et du cœur du village. Avec 45 ans d'expérience sur l'île de beauté, c'est une belle découverte. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Casa bella e pulita ma arredi datati.posizione ideale per visitare il sud e bella spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi (san ciprian).wi-fi utilizzabile solo vicino alla reception.massima disponibilità nei confronti del nostro cane (-giardino di pertinenza della casa non cintato).il personale della reception parlava solo francese
