With a capacity of 4 people, quiet and with a large enclosed garden with private parking, the house is fully furnished and equipped for a practical and comfortable daily life. Living room, living room, flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom (bath and shower), fully equipped kitchen including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Plenty of storage space. Access to the adjoining garage. Baby equipment on request. Terrace with garden table, barbecue, sunbeds. Games, books and dvd available.
