Family gathering.

I highly recommend staying here. We felt like we were at home. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Quick responses from them. House was very clean and everything you need is there. There’s pool toys for all ages. Seeing the golfers early in the morning was very entertaining. Perfect location to stores restaurants and only about 45 minutes to phoenix airport. We were close to family and it was so nice to have them come visit us. Pool was perfect to relax in. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The house was very nice and communication was great. I was just surprised at the rules and each rule being broken would end with a 500 charge to your credit card. One of the rules was if you forgot to take the garbage out. I just thought this was extreme and felt uncomfortable

Marilyn, Im sorry that you were surprised by the rules and that taking out the trash was one of them. Unfortuneately, AZ trash sitting on the side of the house (in AZ temperatures) can make for an even more surprising smell when guests are trying to enjoy the backyard. This is why we have guests take the trash out. The fines have to be listed so that the rental platforms will help us enforce one a guest checks out. We hate rules too. However, each rule at our house has been added after a guest has broke them. The high fees seem to encourage rule following as a result. Thank you for being a great guest and not breaking any rules.
