Large fenced in yard, In-Ground pool with safety fence around it, POOL HOUSE w/ bar, goldfish and tadpole pond, Fire-pit area, beautifully landscaped yard w/apple trees & small vegetable/herbal garden. An oasis in the middle of everything!!! Wickford Village, Gooseneck Vineyard and NK Town Beach, just a 5 minute drive away. You may obtain a temporary North Kingstown Town Beach pass for your visit for $25(obtainable at the town website)

No pets or glass on pool-side. No jumping off pool house roof. Please be respectful of neighbors, quiet time after 9p. No fireworks or smoking.
No tents, bouncy houses or mat’s/blankets to be left on the lawn due to irrigation sprinklers and grass maintenance.
