Casa con tutti i confort e Jean-Paul e’ veramente disponibile, ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli ! Sotta e’ vicino alle due coste quindi tutte le spiagge del sud sono raggiungibili al massimo in circa 20-30 minuti

Séjour à Sotta

Logement très bien situé à une vingtaine de minutes des plages. La maison est très propre et très bien équipée. JP Roccaserra s'est montré un hôte prévenant et attentif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Magnifique séjour sur l’île de Beauté

Comme dit plus haut magnifique séjour passé en Corse. L’appartement était au top et l’hôte était exceptionnel. Très amical, toujours disponible et à l’écoute de ses vacanciers. Je recommande à 100% j y retournerai si j’avais l’occasion les yeux fermés

Casa molto accogliente,pulita e spaziosa. Il proprietario Jean Paul è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione ti permette di raggiungere le spiagge più belle del sud della Corsica in breve tempo. Dopo 10 giorni di soggiorno posso dire si essermi trovato molto bene e la consoglio vivamente. Una esperienza da ricordare

La scelta dell'alloggio è stata dettata soprattutto dalla posizione strategica rispetto ai luoghi che volevamo visitare. La casa ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, a parte il traffico, che ha in parte disturbato il sonno, la casa era dotata di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Il punto di maggiore soddisfazione è stata la disponibilità di Jean-Paul e Isabelle, in particolare per quanto riguarda la pulizia al momento della partenza da parte degli ospiti, che per noi era una novità. Quindi a parte uno spiacevolissimo episodio che non riguarda l'host, un atto di vandalismo sulla nostra macchina, direi che è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo per la gentilezza de Jean-Paul e per lo strepitoso paesaggio.

Bon séjour malgré la trop grande proximité de la route

L’appartement, et la maison dans son intégralité, est dans un état quasi neuf, très propre et bien équipé. Il est également spacieux et parfait pour une famille de quatre personnes. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et aux petits soins de ses invités. Le vrai bémol est la route départementale qui borde directement la maison, c’est un axe routier très fréquenté, même la nuit (route entre Porto Vecchio et l’aéroport de Figari ou encore Ajaccio..). Difficile de déjeuner dehors entre le bruit et le vis-à-vis direct avec les véhicules, les nuisances sont sonores et même lumineuses la nuit. La route est en plus très dangereuse à traverser, les places de stationnement étant de l’autre côté. Attention donc avec de jeunes enfants. Cette maison mériterait un mur ou une haie pour protéger a minima la terrasse et le jardin de la route.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans un appartement à la décoration soignée. La location est très propre ; très bien équipée et idéalement située pour découvrir les plus beaux sites du sud de la Corse. Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes . Le seul bémol est la présence de la route passante.

Appartamento bellissimo con tutti i comfort. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge ad est ed ovest. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Unico problema è la presenza della strada trafficata vicino alla casa. Nel nostro appartamento era impossibile dormire con le finestre aperte (é però presente uno split del Co djzionatore in ogni stanza). Se torneremo in Corsica sicuramente soggiorneremo qui

Entspannte Ferien in Sotta

Für die Erkundung des Südens der Insel ist Sotta ein sehr günstiger Ausgangspunkt. Viele schöne Strände, Porto Vecchio wie auch Bonifacio und die Badegumpen am Cavu: alles ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung, eine von 4 in einem sehr geschmackvoll renovierten alten Haus, ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Familie Roccaserra sehr gastfreundlich und stets zur Hilfe bereit , man fühlt sich da sofort willkommen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die etwas laute Durchfahrtstraße. Darüber hinaus sind der kleine korsische Ort und die großzügige Wohnung durchaus zu empfehlen. Nochmal herzlichen Dank für alles an Jean-Paul und Isabelle!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche in Sotta und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Durch die gute Lage, konnten wir viele verschiedene Ausflugsziele besuchen. Dank Jean - Paul haben wir viele Anregungen und Tipps bekommen, die wir gerne umgesetzt haben. Der "No Name" - Strand war sehr schön und ruhig, teilweise waren wir fast alleine dort! Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Durch den Verkehr war es zwar ab und an etwas lauter, aber das war eher eine Nebensache. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft allen unternehmungslustigen Personen nur empfehlen.

Appartement tout confort idéalement situé au sud de la Corse

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jean Paul. L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable, la climatisation est très appréciable. Il ne manque rien, y compris pour un tout petit. La situation est idéale pour visiter la Corse du Sud, toutes les plus belles plages côté Porto Vecchio mais aussi les superbes plages proches de Figari ou encore Bonifacio. Nous recommandons cette adresse, Jean Paul et Isabelle sont très accueillants et toujours là pour donner les bons plans ou des conseils sur place.

Soggiorno a Sotta

Casa posizionata in un posto strategico tra bonifico e porto-vecchio. Il paese è molto carino ma un po trafficato. La casa è fornita di quasi tutto, il proprietario Jean-Paul è molto gentile e disponibile.
