•Inviting Downstairs Living: Features a spacious, open-plan living area, including a comfortable living room with a pullout bed couch, a dining area, and an updated full kitchen—ideal if you prefer to dine in.
•Half Bath & Laundry: spacious half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
•Spacious Bedroom: Second floor, discover a bright and airy lofted bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and the bed is made for your convenience.
• Screened-In Porch: Relax in the fresh air on your screened-in front porch, just outside is a gas grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
• Parking: One off-street parking space is included, along with an additional parking pass for street parking.
• Pet-Friendly: We welcome responsible pet owners to bring well-behaved dogs with you for a small fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 for a second. We are happy to offer some pet amenities to help with traveling with your pet.

This adorable carriage house was everything we had hoped for! It was clean, attractively decorated and welcomed our dog. The location was perfect; we walked to restaurants and the beach. Loved our stay, and it won’t be our last!

Cozy cottage for a winter getaway

I would give a 6th star if I could! The carriage house was a lovely place to stay. This was our first time visiting Rehoboth and it is accessible to everything you’d want to get to. The home is very well maintained and the host provided everything you may need. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we visit Delaware.

Sweet Cottage!

4th Generation Rehoboth Beach family. My family and I love Rehoboth Beach and love sharing our home with families looking for a relaxing trip to the beach! My mom grew up in the front house when her family was running "Funland" on the Boardwalk.

Why they chose this property

This property has been in our family for our 60 years and we hold in near and dear to our heart. My mom grew up in the front house and has completed thoughtful renovations over the past year. The result is an beautifully quaint and elegant cottage. This home is perfect for couples but would also work for small families or two couples as we have purchased a very high end pull out sofa for the first floor.

What makes this property unique

Recently renovated, very close to all the great shops, restaurants, etc in Rehoboth Beach. Great deck on the front of the house. Very classy and updated interior.
