About the host
Hosted by Terry Duszynski
Terry is a home building inspector, energy rater, dad, grandpa, and friend to all. Anne is an Arts Advocate in Fairbanks. Together for 20 years, they both love to travel and stay at VRBO's.
After living in Fairbanks 50 and 30 years respectively, they figure they know everyone in town - and all the good places to go. Both really enjoy sharing what they've learned with guests.
Guests always remark how clean everything is. We like to clean as we wish to be cleaned for! Especially during this time, every touch surface is disinfected between users.

Why they chose this property
We've had so much fun hosting the past few years that we built another house next door especially to host guests. This one has an array of options. You can rent the whole house, one room, or a couple of rooms. Each is independent of the others. Each has its own entrance, fridge, microwave, bathroom, and privacy from the rest of the building. This room is fully ADA compliant.
