We have owned and managed in this resort since 2004-
Rent with confidence.
We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner's sister -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. We have updated the rooms with new furniture, carpet and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.
3 Bedroom/2 Bath/Oceanfront Balcony 23rd Floor Condo includes:
• Oceanfront Balcony off Living Room
• Main Living Room/Dining Room
• Master Bedroom W/ King Bed
• Master Bath off living area and Master bedroom
• 2nd bedroom W/ King bed /living room /kitchen combo
• 3rd bedroom with 2 Queen Beds
• Full Kitchen (dishwasher-stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice-maker)
2 washer/dryer units for your convenience
There are also 4 TVs all with cable or Premium cable

This condo is an oceanfront unit in the preferred more luxurious north tower, steps from the elevator. You will not be disappointed.
You must be 21 to book this room - anyone under 21 will be turned away at the front desk.
