Completely Updated Oceanfront Condo at Ocean Walk Resort.

We have owned and managed the condo since 2004 -
Rent with confidence.
We want you to know that you will be renting from the owner of the condo -- not another owner managing many. We want to make your stay special and pride ourselves on our number of repeat guests. Condo 1411 was recently remodeled with updated bathrooms - kitchens - furniture and you will find everything wonderfully maintained. We do not use on site housekeeping -- it costs a bit more, but it allows us to have our own towels - sheets and kitchen equipment that will remind you of home - and we are also able to keep a few extras in the kitchen and thru out the condo.
3 Bedroom/2 Bath/Oceanfront Balcony 14th Floor Condo includes:
• Oceanfront Balcony off Living Room
• Master Bedroom W/ King Bed
• Master Bath with Soaking Tub with Jets and Fireplace
• Master Bath shower has 2 shower heads
• 2nd bedroom W/ 2 full sized beds
• 3rd bedroom W/ 2 full sized beds
• Living Room/Dining Room
• Kitchen (dishwasher-stove/oven, refrigerator w/ ice-maker)
2 washer/dryer units for your convenience
There are also 4 TVs all with cable or Premium cable

Bath Towels Provided
Pots and Pans provided
Dishes - glasses - utensils provided
** We do not provide beach towels**
5 Beds total - Very unusual to find a condo at Ocean Walk with 5 beds... including a king... we do not count our sleep sofas and we do not want them used.
