This charming little house (stone, half-timbered, with old wood), attached to the owner’s home, is located in a large, enclosed garden full of flowers (private, 1,500 m²) where our little squirrel friends live peacefully. It has been completely renovated and decorated with your comfort in mind, so you’ll feel right at home...

It features, on the ground floor: a combined living room, dining room, and kitchen (one large open space); upstairs: a bedroom (one double bed 160 + one single bed 90) + a bathroom (shower, toilet).
Sleeps: 3 adults + one young child.
Fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV/TNT with DVD/Blu-ray player, internet access, patio furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue... high chair, playpen, and baby gear available), very recently redecorated.
Just 2 minutes from city centre Avranches, 20 minutes from Mont Saint-Michel and the beach, easily accessible via the free phone A84 highway, ideal for exploring the region.

Stephanie and Franck were just lovely. So helpful and accommodating. They gave their time to explain everything about the area - places to visit, eat etc.The clos is so peaceful with a lovely wooded garden. It is reasonably close to the town and the main road is just a short walk away but there is so little noise.The bed was very comfortable - i slept through the night on several occasions with the windows wide open - unheard of at home@

Leuk verblijf met mooie tuin

Goede ontvangst door vriendelijke gastvrouw. Gaf veel tips over de omgeving. Jammer dat je niet dicht bij het dorp zit, je moet overal naartoe met de auto. Mooi huisje heel compleet ingericht.
