The space
This beautiful modern apartment features sun drenched rooms and beautiful floors with open plan living throughout the kitchen, dining, and lounge area.

Private access to the apartment is via the side entrance where you will find free parking for your car. Once inside guests will take the stairs to the second level where your home away from home awaits. There are no shared walls with the main house, you will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Inside the fully stocked chefs’ kitchen you will find everything you could need to create your favorite culinary delights. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, an oven and cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher.

Enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig coffee station while you sit at the breakfast bar, the perfect place to hang out and keep the chef company. Or take your meals over to the dining table where you can sit and enjoy good food and wine with friends.

Within the living space is a wall mounted smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix and Hulu and a sofa with a gallery window above. In the corner is a reading chair which overlooks the quiet neighborhood below. On the TV cabinet you will find a small library of books as well as a selection of games to keep everyone entertained.
