Villa of 140 m2 fully air-conditioned with garden of 900m2 and a swimming pool of 28m2 protected by a safety tarpaulin with bar.<br>Composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.<br>Beautiful terrace with plancha and large and wide electric awning in a quiet housing estate surrounded by a forest for nice walks. <br>For cars there is a space in the garage with electric garage door and two spaces in the courtyard at the bottom of the house closed by a gate, other spaces are available in front of the house.<br>Also close to many rivers. Located 15 minutes from Alés, 20 minutes from Uzes and 20 minutes from Nîmes.<br>Pets are not allowed.

Maison agréable et bien équipée

La maison est au calme avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine est exposée plein sud. Les environs sont à la fois calme et à proximité des points d'intérêts touristiques.
