Spacious Condo Only a block away from the beach , the boardwalk, and the Convention Center -Includes Three Bedrooms and Two Full Baths - Features include: Central air, ceiling fans, washer /dryer, Fully kitchen, 4 Flat screen TV's, Wifi, Porch, Two private parking spaces off the street and hot shower outside - Master Bedroom has one King bed - Second bedroom has one Queen bed -Third bedroom has one full/twin bunk bed - One chair bed - Sleeps eight
The landlord does NOT SUPPLY linens or towels. During July and August is rented weekly From Saturday to Saturday
For the rest of year the Minimum is 2 nights
We are First floor unit located, close to the convention center, great restaurants, water parks, mini golf, and of course the beautiful Wildwood beach and boardwalk. There are 3 condos in the building. Some owners occupy their condo during the year. We ask for quiet enjoyment and to please be considerate of your surroundings. Have a super fun time but no parties please Here are some rules of the house
1. The minimum age to book it is 25 The primary renter must be staying for all duration of trip This property may not be occupied by minors unless an adult of at least 27 years of age is present.
2. The landlord does NOT SUPPLY linens or towels. Bed linens, towels can be rented & delivered to you from Wildwood Rental Supply Company or you can bring your own.
3. Security Cameras: It’s being disclosed that there are 6 cameras on premises: 1 in front door 3 in parking area, 1 on left side and the back of the building. Due to damages from previous renters we are monitoring who is accessing the house and what time
4. NO pets
5. No Smoking inside of the house
6. Take out the trash when you check out and as needed.
7. If you vacation is trash days(Tuesday or Friday ) we are asking kindly to them on the corner a night before because they usually come early in the morning
8. Quiet hours: 10PM - 8:00AM
9. Wash dishes/run dish washer and return items to their place before leaving
10. No after prom or senior week rentals.
11. Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or hose prior to entry.
Failure to comply with any of the rules will get you sent out of the property
Prior to your occupancy, we will provide you with a registration form requiring information about all occupants and vehicles that will be present at the property during your tenancy. Please complete and return this form at your earliest convenience. This ensures we maintain accurate records for building security and administrative purposes. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

• All guests must have travelers insurance on their own for the duration of the reservation or opt out at your own risk.
-ACCESS: Tenant shall allow Landlord or other authorized individuals access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Landlord shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
What to Bring: Linens and towels are not provided. we have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twins beds
If your family enjoys cooking; remember to bring your favorite spaghetti/crab pot or crock-pot. Basic utensils, pots and pans, glasses and dishes will be provided for the specific property occupancy limit.
Parking: Carport Parking is being provided. Please be sure to comply with all local ordinances and posted Association rules and regulations. Landlord will not be responsible for parking tickets or towing fines.
Appliances and Furnishings: All properties are decorated and furnished according to owner’s discretion. TV's, appliances, Air Conditioning, and all other amenities, are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be given due to breakdown. Repairs will be made as soon as possible.
