All of the bedrooms have a closet, dresser & ceiling fan. The main bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom in the hallway.

Great for young children including lots of toys, games and books. A pack & play crib is available for babies as well as a child toilet seat, bathing chair, and dining booster seat. Plenty of kid-safe plastic dishes, cups and utensils.

Dining for 6 at the dinner table plus 4 at the kitchen island breakfast bar. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Toaster oven, 12-cup drip coffee maker, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit.

EXCLUSIONS:
Guests must provide their own bed linens, bath towels and beach equipment. There are several local linen & equipment rental companies that will deliver and pick-up. Please contact the host for more details.

ACCESS:
Door keypad codes will be messaged to you a few days prior to your stay. Please note that the unit is on the top floor so there are 2 flights of stairs.

ELIGIBILITY:
No groups under the age of 25. No proms, senior weeks, spring break, etc. and reservations signed for by parents of these groups are also prohibited and subject to removal.
