This four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom, three-level home will feel like a vacation from the moment you arrive. Casa Agua's contemporary Mexican style, featuring calming blues and whites offers truly a spacious living area of over 5300 square feet. The open plan great room is enclosed by two story windows and a grand palapa roof and includes a well equipped chef’s kitchen and ocean view dining area providing generous seating for eight. Outside the great room you will find a patio area with a private infinity pool, spa and outdoor shower. In the loft above you will enjoy a dedicated media room and bathroom — all with spectacular views of the beautiful Bahia de Banderas. When you are ready to explore the exclusive community of Real del Mar, your private beach is just a short walk away.

Great Villa for Multiple Families or Adult Groups

We stayed at Casa Agua for 5 days in April 2023. This property is great for multiple families as it has 4 separate bedrooms (3 of which are basically individual master suites). I would note that each bedroom is on separate levels of the property, so, while this provides lots of privacy, it can be a challenge if your group has smaller children who want to use the smaller bedroom with two queen beds as that room is on the lowest level of the property and is somewhat removed from the living area. The property has incredible views of the bay and Puerto Vallarta at night, and the walk down to the beach club is a breeze (golf cart is also included regardless). Our concierge (Mario) was incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, and he came by to check on us daily. Finally, I would highly recommend the daily breakfast preparation! We will be back (most likely for an adult trip as the house provides lots of privacy for each guest).
