The residence was exactly as advertised - very quaint and well appointed with plenty of space. Henry, the owner, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This is by no doubt one of the best properties I have stayed at near Univ Pitt, close to restaurants and city attractions. The area was also very safe and had plenty of parking. The house is in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with lots of free parking. The house was fairly clean with stocked bathrooms. The house responded to our questions in a very timely fashion. We didn't have a problem with the house, but it is an older house so the stairs are steep and there is no bathroom on the first floor. Again, not a problem for us, but for some people it could be an issue.

This house was the perfect location for what we wanted to do on our trip (baseball, football, bars, casino and museums). Easy walk to everything, street parking was never a problem. The house could use a good cleaning, but we would definitely stay again. There were no kitchen towels but we just ran and got a couple. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. There were no tv’s in any of the bedrooms so if you are like us and watch it before bed, just plan accordingly. It was a cool house and we have no complaints and are sure we will be back again.

Fantastic stay on the North Shore!

Very clean and well appointed townhome within walking distance of the stadium. We had a terrific stay and walked to the concert we were in town to see. Everything was great with the townhome and the owners were spectacular! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Communication with the host was excellent before and during stay. Pictures are exactly what you get. House is spacious with three floors and big. 2 big bathrooms and a large kitchen for a group people. Everything we needed was available. Would stay here again.

Quick overnight visit

The property was nicely decorated and had a lot of great bonuses. Loved the spacious kitchen and the rain shower in the upstairs bathroom was so refreshing! Location was so close to downtown and getting transportation to and from was super simple. Exactly what we needed
