Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port of the ponant, this functional and well equipped apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator ensures you have an idyllic stay, just minutes from the beach and shops. Its living room opens onto a beautiful and large terrace facing East in quiet. There is a bz sofa (140) and a flat-screen TV. In the bedroom, a bed in 140 and storage cupboards. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven,... The separate cabin has two supplied single beds, the upper bed being not suitable for children under 6 years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The bathroom with bath has a washing machine. The toilets are separated.Outdoor swimming pool within the residence (Access to the pool provided that the sanitary conditions allow the opening of the pool. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins. No refund or compensation can then be claimed).
