About this property

Theater Room, Game Room, Location, and Hot Tub!!

"A Bear Endeavor" is a spacious 3-level cabin. The main level consists of a King suite with jetted tub and vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen. This level also has a deck with an eating area and a new grill. The second level is another King Suite and laundry closet at the top of the stairs. The basement includes a half bath, game room, and an updated theater room. There are sleeper sofas in the Game Room and the Theater Room. There's another deck on this level with an eating area and hot tub.

Our cabin is located in the Sky Harbor neighborhood, so there are other cabins in the surrounding area. The roads are CURVY, NARROW, and STEEP mountain roads. There is a steep incline near the cabin that is avoidable (instructions in check-in message), but once you go up it, you'll be a pro.

Guest access
Two days before your arrival, I will message you with a key code along with your check-in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Other things to note:
- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)
- 8 Person Max
- 2 Vehicle Max
- No Pets
-There are neighbors - please be considerate!

-Quiet hours begin at 9:30pm and are strictly enforced. If you anticipate needing a space for late-night activities, please consider booking another cabin that is more suitable for your needs.

- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

- You will likely see and hear critters!

- Do. Not. Feed. Bears.

-Do not leave food outside in your car, on the porch, decks, or hot tub as bears will always find it. Lock all doors, even car doors at all times.

- The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1, as with every cabin in the area.

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol, or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control.

-No discounts for booking.

- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are not provided.

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 and will be asked to leave.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

-There is a security camera on front porch that shows the front door. This will be on during your stay for your protection.

This cabin is amazing. It is very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With the movie room, pool table, game tables and hot tub - there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. Breanne was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay at this cabin in the future.

This rental was just what we needed. Not too far away from pigeon forge or gatlinburg but far enough you could relax. Breanne was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We will be back!

Honeymoon Getaway

We stayed from Saturday to Friday and had a great visit to Tennessee for our honeymoon! The cabin was great with everything you could need and within distance of Pigeon Forge for food to be delivered! Overall a great experience and memories we’ll never forget!

We loved all the amenities of this cabin! It was clean and perfect for us! Owner was great about responses! We will definitely be back! Only recommendation is heed her warning about there being no cell service at the cabin, so screenshot your door code from your app or email before you head up the mountain

Very sweet cabin! Love the downstairs entertainment area. Especially the theater room! Wish there was a DVD player to watch movies brought from home, but we streamed so it worked out well.

It was one of our bra trips ever the view was wonderful tho we had neighbors it didn’t feel like it! Was one of the cleanest places that we have stayed in! Beartastic home away from home

This home blew our minds upon first entering and during our entire stay. The children had a blast with the game room as well as the adults. We had a couple late night movie nights in the theater. My family and I enjoyed our stay. I can’t wait to come again in August. Communication with Breanne was great! I definitely recommend this home away from home for an above and beyond vacation home. Family get away

I booked this property last minute for a quick family get-away. Breanne responded quickly about a question and sent the cabin information quickly when I booked. She also checked in when we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. The cabin was just as pictured and location was perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was only a few minutes from both. I highly recommend booking this cabin from Breanne.

Relaxing Cabin Getaway A Bear!

My family and I had a nice relaxing stay in the cabin, booking it as a last minute getaway while vacationing, visiting family, and celebrating our anniversary/Father’s Day. Cabin is as described. Communication was great with the property manager; very friendly and responsive. The kids LOVED the air hockey table in the game room, and enjoyed lounging in the theater room. The beds have memory foam pad mattresses on them which provided a very comfortable sleep every night of our stay. While we were packing the vehicle to leave we encountered one of the local bears making their morning rounds! We quickly went inside and remotely closed the trunk…the beeping from locking the doors sent him on his way, though he did look pretty disappointed he missed out on our treats This cabin met all our needs. 100% recommend & would stay again.*The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars was because I felt the outdoor furniture could have used the same attention as the indoor. With it being a heavily wooded area and very damp, the furniture had a thick film and even moss growing on some of the chairs. Though the weather was pretty hot and muggy, I would have liked the option of sitting or dining outside.

Everything you could want!

If you are looking for a cabin off the main strip but still only a few miles from everything please look here! Our host was very responsive and helpful with all questions and needs! Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. Their cabin had everything we could ask for and more! We especially enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and movie theater! We will certainly be back to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and this will be one of our first choices! Thank you so much for making our stay just that more enjoyable!

Great place to stay!

Our family throughly enjoyed our vacation in this cabin! It was very clean and well kept with everything we needed for our two night stay. We had lots of fun playing air hockey and pool, plus relaxing in the theatre room! The neighborhood was quiet, as anticipated, which we really appreciated. The cabin was not hard to find and we expected the steep hills on our way in, however, the road the cabin is directly on was very narrow and a little sketchy, as it was only wide enough for one vehicle up a very steep path which was not a one way street. Other than that, from the moment we booked until the time we left we had a great experience and would recommend staying at this lovely cabin!

Fantastic Christmas Stay

Amazing! This was our first time staying at any type of vacation rental so for our first experience it was seriously awesome! It was so CLEAN and smelled amazing. I love the traditional cabin feel of everything and my kids 5 & 7 had a ball downstairs in what they called their “kid’s cave”. I would say that the location was vastly under played. I loathe heights and was flabbergasted and petrified at just how high we were, but after a while, I got used to it and didn’t think about it once we were actually in the cabin. The tv in the theatre could use some attention it would turn on and off by itself and would increase the volume randomly by itself. Also, because we did come Christmas time, I did see other cabins near by with loads of holiday exterior decor which made me a little envious, some even came with their own Christmas trees pre decorated. I didn’t know if we did that our selves or what but wish we had that. Overall, absolutely wonderful stay and it made our Christmas that much more special!

The host is serious when she talks about the mountain roads, it took a few trips into town and back before I was more comfortable with driving up the mountain to the cabin. But once you get there, it’s gorgeous! The space is clean, the beds are comfortable, the teens loved the basement. It was perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great cabin and great location. We did get to see bears around the cabin so that was really fun and exciting. Owners were so easy to work with and sent us all the info we needed in advance. My kids LOVED the pool table and air hockey and the theater room( HUGE TV)was perfect for hooking up xbox and Nintendo switch to play and everyone had a recliner to sit in. Don't look any further this is the place you want to stay!!

Absolutely Amazing

We will never forget this stay at this amazing cabin. My husband and I did want to leave and our children had a blast. They could not stay out of the game room! Our beds were super comfy and everything was nice and clean. The jacuzzi was lovely, the washer and dryer was convenient. We celebrated our oldest son’s 12th Birthday which is now something he will never forget.
