The 45-square-meter apartment is located 5 minutes from the centre of Clermont, the capital of Auvergne and home to the world’s leading tire manufacturer: Michelin

It consists of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140-bed, and the other has two 90-beds.

The pool is for the use of cottage guests and the owners only. It is closed during the winter months.

Supermarkets, restaurants, and a market are a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away

A security deposit check for 400 euros will be required upon arrival.
