Welcome to our newly renovated BEAUTIFUL home in gated Windsor Hills Resort Community. Our 4 bed / 4 bath home is the perfect choice for your family whether you plan to go to Disney (less then 3 miles away!) or simply relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine! Sleep 9 comfortably (not including pack n play!).

Our home has a South Facing private pool and hot tub; with plenty of safety features for your little ones. All doors leading to the pool have sensor/alarms to alert parents to the door being opened, as well as a safety gate surrounding the pool. Plenty of pool toys and inflatables are ready for your enjoyment as well as chairs for relaxing and a full size table for outdoor dining!

Our home features 2 Master Suites; Both with a King Size Bed; and 2 themed rooms. Star Wars room has a Twin over Full size bunk bed with built in storage drawers. The Mickey and Minnie room offers two twin size beds. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom!

The kitchen has been fully renovated and features NEW stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and ample seating for family meals! The dining room table seats 6, kitchen table seats 6, and 4 barstools make for comfortable seating at the kitchen island! The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs!!

Windsor Hills Resort Community is gated and secured 24 hours a day, it offers a community pool, clubhouse with gym, game room and movie theater! Pool area has 2 water slides as well as a splash pad area for younger children! Marketplace/grill open 7days/week for those that want to order food or drinks at the pool! Want to BYOB, no worries ITS ALLOWED! We provide a cooler for guest use during your stay.

Don't want to swim?? Volleyball, putting green, basketball courts, tennis courts, and multiple play grounds are just a few of the resort amenities guests will enjoy at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

Overall, I was happy with this property! I really enjoyed it being one floor especially with kids; stairs scare me. The pool level was a little low but the kids still enjoyed it!! I’d definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic home!

The house was immaculate, quiet and well equipped all throughout. The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kids enjoyed the pool. My favorite part was the addition of fuzzy blankets in the master bedroom, it felt like home away from home with how cozy and comfortable the house was! We are so grateful to have had the chance to stay in your beautiful home and hope to be back!

Whilst the children enjoyed the slides etc at the large communal pool, they much preferred the privacy at the villa pool. We took inflatables but there were some balls, sinkies etc to use. Pool man came every couple of days to skim and clean pool.Had a few maintenance issues which were sorted out before we left, host responded promptly and also communicated directly with service manager - ideally these things would have been dealt with before we arrived as we were unable to lock one of the doors to the pool.General concensus was that the house could have been cleaner, even the 9 year old commented on the sandy feeling of the floor, we vacuumed ourselves as it wasn't pleasant. Plenty of towels. Washing machine could probably do with a cleaner running through it

We had an amazing time staying in this home. Beautiful property located close to everything we wanted. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The home is exactly as advertised with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We had a small issue with the pool and when I contacted the host the issue was resolved within an hour. Highly recommend this home and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Checked Every Box!

Recently decided to bring the kids for a quick trip to Universal and Disney to celebrate December birthdays and stayed here. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the U.S. and have a vacation home ourselves so when I was selecting a home to stay in, I had a lot of boxes to check. Proximity to the Parks and lot of local amenities like grocery stores? Check! Two primary king suites for us and my 65 year old parents? Check! Amole bedrooms and baths for the kids? Check. Heated swimming pool with hot tub? Check! Large comfy living room to crash in after a long day at the park? Check. Waterpark, beautiful pool, arcade, resturant and mini-grocery store as well as a game room in the garage- all Bonus checks! They had pool towels, toys, inflatables, coolers- everything we needed. The washer and dryer came in really handy as we did our laundry every night and came home with clean cloths. This property hit all the marks and was the icing on the cake of a fun and exciting trip to Orlando. My parents started talking about “our next time” before we even left. We’ll stay here again. Check in was easy. Communication with the owners was great. Thanks for sharing your property!

We had a great stay at Windsor hills, the location and shared amenities were perfect. The property was also good, bedrooms, kitchen and games room were lovely, very clean and in good condition. Beds and bedding were very comfy. Amy was communicative and did her best to rectify the couple of issues we had during our stay. The outside area would maybe benefit from a bit of an update with perhaps some privacy screening at the low level of the lanai like the other properties around it and some resealing/sanding of the pool deck to prevent weeds from popping up here and there.

Our family has always loved Florida and Disney! We live in Illinois fulltime and have 3 children under 16, who keep us busy and on our toes! This is our first time owning a rental / vacation property and have enjoyed every minute of the journey so far. We purchased during an unfortunate time of Covid and Disney Parks being closed; but luckily that allowed us to spend time as a family enjoying the home, renovating and getting it 100% ready for YOUR family to enjoy. By staying at the home with our family it allowed us to realize if anything was "missing" and add it to make your stay as amazing as possible. Our home is in the perfect location! Close to Disney but also peaceful and relaxing for those non-park days. Multiple great beaches within a 1-hour drive and PLENTY of non- Disney / theme park options for those looking for other ways to enjoy Florida and Family time. We truly love this home and the time we spend there and hope you will love it too!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE Windsor Hills. It is safe, clean and fun for all. If we are not swimming in our own back yard, we enjoy the club house pool, water slides and game room. The club house is walking distance from our home which is great for our older children. We always bring our own cooler and snacks to the pool; but I love that if my kids want ice cream or a slushy, they can get one at the market by the pool. The club house has started having music and little events at the pool on certain days and weekends; making it even more entertaining for our family. Safety is so important when you're traveling and don't know a certain area, and Windsor hills is SAFE! There are gated / locked entrances with security 24 hours a day. Outside of the resort there is shopping and every restaurant you can think of!

What makes this property unique

Single story ranch home makes this a great option for those with mobility issues or not wanting to go up and down stairs! Set up for 1 - 2 families to enjoy together! Without staying in a hotel on Disney property, you will not find anything closer to the park entrances with this community feel and these types of amenities included!
