Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you the Saint-Georges to rent. A breathtaking view of the rooftops of Vannes and Saint-Pierre Cathedral awaits you. Located in the heart of the city of Vannes, this charming apartment of 61 m² can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 4th floor (without a lift), it consists of a nicely decorated living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
The accommodation consists of :
- A living room with TV, sofa and coffee table
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower, and a toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. Close to all the essential shops such as shops, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, we advise to park in the parking lot Saint-Joseph (free), only 400 meters away.
You can also park in parking lots like Parking de La République for a fee of 1,20€/1h or other charging parking lots like Richemont or Parking des Remparts.
If you coming by public transportations, here is some information that may be useful to you :
- Nearest railway station : 5 minutes by car
- Possibility to rent a car (Rent a car)
- Nearest airport : Nantes Atlantique 1h15 away
- Large bus station 300 meters away, very well connected
