Brand New! "The Blue Shell" Beach House
Only 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach and just a short trip to other beaches, shopping plazas, the golf course and other attractions. The house features 3 spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms, laundry room, and a welcoming open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining room table. The two car garage is stocked with outdoor games and two new bicycles. The living room features a 65-inch Smart TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of seating to accommodate family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new appliances, coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware. Just bring your own food, supplies, and linens. The luxurious Club House is a short walk down the street with access to the pool, spa, fitness center, billiards, club games, and many more family friendly features. Hop on the community shuttle to hitch a ride to the beach!
***To access the pool and shuttle, each member will need to purchase a wristband for $5 per day***
