Lakeview is a vibrant and bustling neighborhood located on the north side of Chicago. It is known for its diverse community, lively nightlife, and beautiful lakefront parks.

The neighborhood is home to many young professionals, families, and students, as it offers a wide variety of housing options ranging from historic homes to modern apartment buildings. Lakeview also boasts an impressive selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques, making it a popular destination for both residents and visitors.

One of the most popular attractions in Lakeview is Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs. This iconic baseball stadium is located in the heart of the neighborhood and draws thousands of fans on game days.

If you're arriving in Chicago by plane, the closest airport to Lakeview is Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD), which is about 18 miles away. You can take a taxi or rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft, from the airport to Lakeview, which should take about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the Blue Line train from O'Hare to the Belmont station, which is located in the heart of Lakeview.

If you're arriving in Chicago by train, the closest station to Lakeview is the Belmont station, which is served by the Brown and Red lines of the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). From Union Station or Ogilvie Transportation Center, you can take the CTA Blue Line to the Clark/Lake station and transfer to the Brown or Red line to get to Lakeview. From Amtrak's Chicago Union Station, you can take the Brown line directly to the Belmont station in Lakeview.

Once you arrive in Lakeview, the neighborhood is very walkable and also has a bike-share program, Divvy, which allows you to rent bikes for short periods of time. There are also several bus routes and train stations within the neighborhood that can take you to other parts of Chicago.

We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.

Parking Information:

- There is no on-site parking available.
- Pay-to-park metered street parking is the primary parking option, and it's important to note that the cost can vary and may be on the higher side. - Morning rush hour restrictions: No parking on the same side of the street as the building from 7 am to 9 am.
- Evening rush hour restrictions: No parking on the opposite side of the street from 4 pm to 6 pm.
- Given the limited availability of street parking, we recommend using the SpotHero app for convenient parking options.
- Please note that free street parking can be challenging to find, especially since Belmont and Ashland are metered parking areas.

HOUSE RULES

We are thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that everyone respect these house rules. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
