cute but not worth it

our stay was just two nights-and the first night starting around 6pm and until past 2am we could hear the music and bass from the nightclub underneath us/it was almost rattling and vibrating the entire place and impossible to sleep. so i asked to be moved-i’ve never in my life asked to move rooms before but i could not do that again. but they moved us up one more floor (the third) and we could *still* hear it (and on saturdays it’s until 3am). it was not as bad, but when you’re trying to sleep it was loud. cars and the subway etc did not bother me. this was just extreme. i was so disappointed, and i’ve been really exhausted this whole trip because of it. which sucks because the place itself is clean and cute and we got to walk to a ton of places etc. but they definitely do not warn you about the nightclub below and the thin thin walls.

Sonder is strange

A hotel without hospitality and a vrbo without the hominess. The smoke detector kept chirping all night even though I had maintenance come reset it 3 times.
