This is a wonderful property. Clean, modern and has everything you need. A beautiful view and a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants. The owner is very responsive and informative. It's a great place to have a vacation on St. Martin.

Hot! AC in living room was not working. Owner knew about it from the guest before us and did nothing about it. I communicated every day as it just got hotter and hotter. 84 degrees during the day and the owner said that was acceptable. Our Call to management company was never returned. Rude comments from the owner about it can’t be that hot when I have pictures of our CO2 monitor with temperature reading. Refused to give any type of compensation. Very limited supplies provided. No body wash, coffee filters, each person got one bath towel and one beach towel that needed to be washed during our stay. Positive was the location.

I am truly sorry, but one large and one small bath towel per person seemed sufficient (especially since there is a washer-dryer with a quick wash cycle) for a 5-day stay. I provided two beach towels, but only one was used. No one has ever complained about this. One of the air conditioners was malfunctioning, but we provided all the necessary instructions to resolve the issue. You did not follow our instructions and used the air conditioner on the "dry" setting instead of "cool." It wasn't cooling! I couldn't have the air conditioner repaired before your arrival, which would have taken 3 hours, and then clean the apartment when it took a full day after your departure to complete the repairs. Furthermore, we communicated with Ms. Astor (who refused to communicate via WhatsApp) and not Mr. Smith... some of the messages were deleted. This is very strange when one is acting in good faith! We don’t have a management company.

Delightful getaway

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5 night stay at Orient Blue. Super close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Orient Bay!

This place is awesome!

So glad we decided to stay here. This place is in a great location with a wonderful view of the beach. Clean with great appliances. Very short walk to the beach but still not right on the main road so the noise was minimal. We will definitely be staying there again.

We love this unit! It was our second time staying and we would stay again next year if available. The unit has everything you need you need to cook in and is located within an easy walk to the beach or restaurants. The view from the balcony is perfect for morning or afternoon relaxation.
