Sehr schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage. Sehr ruhig aber keineswegs abgelegen. Auch der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und kümmert sich auch während des Aufenthaltes um die Anlage.

Perfektes Haus für unsere Bedürfnisse!

der Vermieter war sehr nett - hat uns mit Cola, Wasser und Cava im Kühlschrank begrüßt und war jeder zeit erreichbar. Den Pool hatten sie bereits eingelassen, damit die Kids schon schwimmen konnten. Ebenso waren Basics wie Salz, Kräuter, Pfeffer, Kaffee vorhanden, sodass man auch wirklich kochen konnte. Ich würde die Kleiderschränke in Kunststoffschränke tauschen - kein Holz. Nicht jeder mag den Holzgeruch. Wir haben sie aber einfach nicht benutzt - ging auch

Great Chill-out Week

Beautiful villa with lots of space and friendly local bars. The owner, Sebastian, greeted us on arrival with pizza and Cava and was very friendly throughout our stay. Our favourite activity was when we rented a small boat for 4 hrs in Port D'Andtrax. Also, in exploring the local bars and restaurants, we would recommend Bar Paraiso and The Anchor Bar in particular. Get the fillet steak in the Anchor Bar for 17 Euros and you will not be disappointed. All 3 of us agreed that we had NEVER had a better steak - and 2 of us are over 70 yrs old! Overall, we had a great week in El Toro and would thoroughly recommend the villa and the area.

Firstly mis advertised on Home and Away Site no mention of extra charges for utility charges plus

Initially welcomed by owner not agency- until property was broken into mid week and cash was stollen while asleep in bed. Extremely frightening when only mother and two daughters alone. Subcontracting agency lPM no help whatsoever and owners un sympathetic after travelling to police station to report crime at own cost. Was accused of not securing property . I took photos of forced lock on outside shutters . Police agreed lock was forced and broken . Spent remainder of holiday (which was extremely expensive for the standard of property ) in alternative accomodation and no recompense offered whatsoever. Was made to feel like we were not telling the truth about a very serious and frughtening crime by sub contracting agent and owner of property. Completely unhappy holiday. Will never book a holiday again with your company and would never reccomend.

Fabulous home from home but in the sun

Just spent a week in this lovely villa with my husband, daughter and 4 grandchildren ages 14, 10, 8 & 6. Immaculately presented with lots of extras which were very welcome on arrival, bottled water, beers, cava a large freshly made pizza and large bowl of fruit. The owner is very attentive without being imposing and came to water the garden a couple of times while we were there. The kids absolutely loved the pool. Spacious accommodation indoors and out, the outdoor gazebo and seating area was perfect for relaxing outdoors in the evening when we came home from an evening out. Kitchen facilities are excellent if you prefer to stay in and cook which we did a couple of nights. The location was perfect, 2 streets away from bars, restaurants, takeaways, shops and Spar supermarket. A walk downhill from main street to the fabulous marina with great selection of bars and restaurants. Lovely sandy beach inhabited mostly by locals which was fanatastic. Close to bus stops, we went to Santa Ponsa and Western water park. second time at El Toro and I would highly recommend it to get away from the densely populated resorts of nearby Magaluf etc. brilliant for kids, everything you need on the doorstep.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus, zentral gelegen

Wir waren zu Saisonbeginn zu zweit dort, es war üppigst Platz, eingeladene Gäste hatten aber kurzfristig abgesagt. Das Haus liegt mitten in El Toro, zum Einkaufen und einigen Restaurants kann man laufen, der superschöne Port Adriano ist ganz nah, trotzdem ist es ruhig, nachts hört man gar nichts. Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist uE sehr gut. Vermieter Sebastian ist ausgesprochen entgegenkommend, unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2 schöne Golfplätze in der Nähe, ca. 8 und 12 Minuten Fahrzeit. Palma mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. Alles in allem eine runde Sache.

A very nice and comfortable house ! Lots of room ! Very nice swimming pool and relaxing area ! Quiet ! Great to eat outside ! The owner is very friendly and helpful . Because we arrived in the evening the fridge was full with everything we needed . A very nice gesture that you don`t find so often .The Harbour is in walking distance , also shops, restaurants ,playgrounds ,etc. Everything you need to make an enjoyable vacation. The area is also nice with a few smaller and beautiful beaches close by . We had a very enjoyable time . Thankyou
