The pool, terrace, garden, parking and relaxation area are right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.The placeThis fantastic house is located in a small idyllic village on the outskirts of Calvià, with direct access to the famous Tramuntana mountains. Ideal for cycling trips, trekking, hiking, etc.IMPORTANT: it is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a remote place.Rules:-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa.ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
