Casanova

Everything was perfect exept from the Queensize beds - they are to small for 2 persons, and the downstairs rooms where too humid. The aircon was not good

Thank you very much for your feedback, that is very useful to us. All our beds are actually Queen size beds, with a width of 160 cm (or 2 x 80), so above the standard size (140 cm). Regarding air conditioning, in addition to the improvements we made during your stay with an outdoor temperature of 38°, we have even improved it. Nevertheless the ecological measures to which you are certainly sensitive, recommended an indoor temperature of at least 26° We are glad that everything else was at your convenience and that you were able to enjoy this wonderful site. Fantastic house with an amazing view of I'll Rousse!

We loved our stay at Casanova. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, we were a party of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids) and we had lots of space in the house, in the garden and by the pool. The infinite pool and the views from the house are stunning! It was easy to get in contact with both Jean-luc and Marie, and we didn't,t have any problems at all during our stay. The house is equipped with a lot of tech and luxury details such as a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and big screens in the house and also outside. The kitchen in the big house is spacious and we had everything we needed, we especially enjoyed the big refrigerators. By the pool, there is also an outdoor kitchen and a pizza oven. The only thing that we would have appreciated was if there had been a small village close by, just to be able to buy croissants and coffee, and some grocery shopping, and also one or two small restaurants. But, just 500 meters from the villa you will find a hotel and a restaurant where you can buy petit dejeuner, some ice cream, and candy if you like. Also, don't miss getting pizza at Pizzeria Palmento (really close to the house by car). If you have a car it's easy to drive down to L'll Rousse, a cute town where you can go to the beach, eat lunch or dinner or go for an ice cream or two. There is also a great supermarket (E.Leclerc). We also drove to Calvi (about 20 minutes by car) and don't miss out on a visit to Losari Beach (also about 20 minutes). We loved our stay!

Maison exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à la villa Casanova. Les espaces, intérieurs et extérieurs, sont généreux. Les points de vue exceptionnels, sur la mer de la piscine, sur la montagne… les équipements nombreux et modernes, parfait pour un groupe de 10/12. Très bon emplacement, à la fois en retrait, et à 10mns des plages de l’île rousse. Nous avons hâte de revenir

Une demeure d'exception

Un weekend inoubliable dans un lieu exceptionnel. La villa beneficie d'une vue exceptionnelle sur l'île rousse. Prestations gaut de gamme indoor / outdoor. Je recommande vivement. Merci a l'équipe qui nous a accueilli. Service parfait. A trés bientôt je l'espère

exceptionnel

Propriété exceptionnelle. Quand nous sommes rentrées dans la maison nous avons tous fait waouh avec de grands yeux ouverts !!!! Les photos sur le site étaient déjà très belles mais en vrai magnifique. Bel emplacement, une vue exceptionnelle, aménagement et déco au top. Nous avons été accueillis par Marie qui a été au petit soin avec nous ainsi que le propriétaire. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. A refaire. Propriété que nous conseillons.

Magnifique propriété

La villa Casanova est une superbe propriété, neuve, située au calme dans un petit village dominant l’Ile Rousse (10 mn de voiture par une route refaite récemment), avec des prestations haut de gamme: 4 chambres au Rez de chaussée qui sont en fait des mini studios indépendants avec salle de bain,TV, mini coin cuisine, une immense pièce à vivre au premier étage avec un salon dont un mur entier est une baie vitrée donnant sur la vallée , une cuisine équipée d’un électroménager high-tech, une suite parentale (salle de bain un peu petite); ouverture sur une belle terrasse abritée d’une pergola; la piscine est en cours de construction, en principe opérationnelle l’année prochaine; Merci à Marie pour son accueil convivial, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité pour régler les petits soucis Pratiquement pas de moustiques, mais quelques guêpes importunes, sans lesquelles le séjour serait parfait
