The apartment gets 5 stars for location. Directly situated in the old town, the apartment is in the heart of historic Annecy. The apartment itself is clean but no frills. For $2000 euros (for 8 days) I would have expected more, maybe a welcome basket?! I booked this through Expedia but it is managed by another company. I was not able to make contact with the owners during my stay.
