The property and host was so welcoming. We arrived and saw all the beach toys on the porch ready for action. The kids were excited to see all the books and toys to play with. We tried out the kayak on the river, and the alligator floaty in the beach and had such a blast! We are so grateful for the fun memories we made here. Thank you very much!

This home is in the perfect location if you are planning a variety of activities. It is one block to the intercoastal waterway and 4 blocks to the ocean. It is very convenient to the Old Jail where you can get the hop-on hop-off all day tour of St. Augustine. It is close to Publix and your kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Your hostess also provides many extras like beach towels, chairs, kayaks and a cart to get to the beach. There is a fire pit in the side yard and the property is fenced. It is in a quiet established neighborhood.

The host was very welcoming. The house felt like home. I have severe allergies and was concerned about scents from cleaners. There was not any problem at all with allergies. The house was wonderful for my family. The walks to the river and beach were wonderful. There were things for the beach, so we didn't have to pack as much. There were also plenty of things to do when it rained. It was a fantastic stay.

This rental has plenty of room we are a family of 6 and there was plenty to occupy all the children at all ages. Great location to the Atlantic and the intercostal. Quiet area and beautiful home.

This property was impressive!! Such a friendly host and very well equipped for a fun beach weekend. The space was beautifully decorated. We had 3 adult couples and there was plenty of space. Would definitely book again!

We stayed here because it was dog friendly and the owner supplied everything we needed for a day at the beach which was a huge help!! Can walk or drive to nearby beaches and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Very happy with our stay

You get the best of both worlds the beautiful private beach access walking distance (you do have to cross a main road but you can also drive to an an area a short driving distance from the area that has free parking and a playground if you don’t want to cross that road) and the intercostal area for kayaking. We love that the kids room had toys, books, fun plusheys and decor. They even provided games to play with our family( Qwirkle, cards, etc.). The large sofa was perfect for napping. Cleaning products and snacks provided were a bonus. Grateful to have an affordable vacation location that’s pet friendly there was even a small box on the private beach side with tennis balls for dogs.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay with our family of 8. The house was in a safe area. We enjoyed the fire pit as well. A brief walk to either the inter coastal or the beach. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.
