Great condo! Location is top notch. Private beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella. “Beach closet” had some supplies that really enhanced our experience. Kitchen was better equipped than most I’ve stayed at. My only ding is the patio furniture could use a refresh but that was minor enough to not reduce my 5 star rating. Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, spacious, and in a perfect location on Crystal Beach. Plenty of room for our whole group, and everything was well stocked and comfortable.The beach access was easy, and the views were absolutely stunning. It made for the perfect family getaway.Communication was smooth and everything about the stay was easy from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing trip to Destin!

The unit is much larger than expected. Such a nice surprise. Loved the open first floor open area and the balconies on both floors.

Adventure on the coast.

Check in was so easy, parking was so close, beach view & balconies were excellent, very spacious rooms. Bunk beds, however, squeaked when we turned over in them and the mattresses weren’t too comfortable. We missed having a separate icemaker in the kitchen which would have been very useful.

Golf trip with the boys

Had a several day golf trip with friends from all over the country. Stayed three nights. Had a great time. View was beautiful, place was nice, but needs some work on updating some of the amenities. New carpet needed on stairs, patio furniture, broken, some faucets in bathroom loose. But it was a good stay and we enjoyed our time there

Annual visit

Plenty of room. Eight adults in our party. Excellent lighting. Two balconies with great view. Well equipped kitchen. Everything well maintained. Showers need hand rails. Broken chairs on both balconies need to be repaired or removed. Beach service is excellent. Secure grounds. Excellent location.

Family fall vacation

The location of the property was excellent. It was right on the beach. We had two balconies to view the water. We enjoyed the four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living area was spacious. The only issue we had was with the refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator was not working at all and the freezer partially worked. I contacted the agent on Sunday and she contacted a repair man who came out the next day.

Ocean front stay

We had 2 large families (14 people total) in this spacious apartment. There was plenty of seating at a large dining table, around the kitchen counter, and on the balcony. The view off the balcony was unreal! This beach was gorgeous! We loved how well stocked the kitchen was. Enough plates and bowls and silverware for us all. Usually places have 4 plates etc and we have to eat off paper, but this was well stocked. Lots of pots and pans too. The sand toys in the closet were well appreciated. Our only complaints were a squeaky ceiling fan upstairs, the bunkbeds were also very squeaky and we were sad that the windows didn’t open for us to listen to the ocean at night, but all in all it was a wonderful place.
