Don't sleep on this listing! The host is fantastic and an extremely outstanding communicator. There are other places closer, but we enjoyed this place more than those others, and the provided snacks and drinks were a surprised bonus. We'll be staying here again!

Wonderful stay! Fabulous host! Very quiet and relaxing area. Home was very clean and organized. Host was thoughtful and helpful with everything and was super easy to reach. House was well stocked with everything you might possibly need. (And the shampoo & conditioner smelled soooo good! LoL The little things made our stay the best!!)

Great spot to stay for a fishing trip!

My Dad, brother, and I were looking for someplace close to Calcasieu Lake to make a fishing trip. We found out afterwards that it’s super close to Calcasieu Point Landing so that was great! Everything we needed was close at hand. The owner (Kathy) was incredible to work with. She gave great instructions on how to get to the house and even how to best back the boat into the driveway. She gave tips on where we could go wash the boat too. The house was very clean and well appointed. It was also nice and quiet so we got a great nice rest all 3 nights. I highly recommend this unit and owner if you’re going to be in the area!

Cute home away from home

This country style home was a cute getaway for me and my family. It was spacious and near lots of stores and food places. It's very quiet, serine and our stay was peaceful. FYI: The bathrooms are located inside the bedrooms The kitchen was FULLY equipped The owner communicated well
