This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area. The building is located off Pacific with its own cul-de-sac. Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units.
This unit has the following set up. Please think of two apartments that are stacked on top of each other but connected by stairs and its own private elevator from ground floor to roof deck five floors. As you enter 300 unit small entry on this floor is a small apartment, Two private bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, W/D, living area queen sofa bed, sofa, small kitchen, full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, many cooking appliances. Taking the stairs to the next level. King bedroom with private bath. Two queen bedroom with Jack and Jill shared bath, another W/D. Stairs to next level is the main living floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, two large TV's, kitchen and living, fireplace, 2 sofa beds and couch, 2 beautiful sliders. The roof deck next level has fire pit, grill, umbrella and teak seating. Every bedroom and living has its own Flat, streaming TV with one GIG Wi-Fi Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels Parking is ground floor under building 3 spots included, extra's if needed.

Great spot for large family!

We loved Jon and enjoyed staying right in the heart of things. Four adult siblings, spouses and kids all had ample room to sleep, lounge, eat, relax on rooftop and more. The wedding festivities were all in close proximity. Great places to shop and eat nearby and of course so close to the beach and boardwalk. Great spot! We look forward to renting again for the next family trip to Virginia Beach..

Great location - no driving needed

Great place for family visits. The location to beach and boardwalk and kid friendly activities like mini golf was so helpful. Separate floors allowed for quiet time for adults and play time for children. The elevator was a huge help with hauling in supplies and saving on bad knees going from ground to fourth floor.

Great Family Getaway

We loved our stay. Plenty of parking, great location, and clean. Kitchen was well-stocked and we used the grill often. Nice, big table to seat 10 at dinner. Sofa beds did not work out for us and elevator was fussy, but the pros outweighed the cons by a million percent. Thank you, Jon!

Awesome weekend trip

Great location about a block from the beach. The whole family had a great time and elevator came in handy for luggages and older adults. Jon was very helpful and he sent out all information (detailed) before hand and was always available whenever we called. The only downside is the weather during that weekend but the house was big enough for the whole family to stay indoor and have fun.

Excellent Beach Stay

Perfect beach stay location for a group of friends. Me and 12 friends booked this place for a golf weekend and beach stay and couldn't have been happier. Plenty of beds and space for all of us, showers in basically every room. Jon was incredibly helpful during the entire stay. Also, none of the ridiculous cleaning requirements of many other rentals I've stayed in. We really appreciate all of Jon's help during our stay and I would definitely reach out to him again for a similar trip. He's incredibly helpful!

Weekend Trip

Great stay overall. My only complaint is that there was a ring camera on our rooftop that was private to just our condo. It was uncomfortable knowing I could have been watched at any point while I was up there. Other than that everything was wonderful! Thanks Jon.

Virginia Beach triple blue

We loved it. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Elevator was a life safer. Older group couple of health issues so that made it very doable. Needed a few more serving dishes and cooking casseroles. We were traveling with our Chef extraordinaire and we look for a big well stocked kitchen. And a large group just needed a few extras! He made it work. It was great all around. Security was great. We are big on that. And we feltSafe and Secure. Laundry facilities are so nice to have also. Thanks for everything!! Parking was a breeze also! Oh photos of the rooms with attaching bathes would be helpful before hand for room choices due to individual needs.

27th Street gem

Awesome place with lots of space, amenities, and bathrooms to accommodate our family perfectly. Each bedroom having their own bathroom was a plus. The elevator was a God send! Definitely came in handy to bring up luggage and groceries. Didn’t give 5 stars because of dirty tubs in 2 bathrooms. Property manager handled that issue quickly. Would definitely rent again.

Great host & great location!

Nice large fully stocked kitchen, nice size pantry. It was extremely helpful to have 2 large refrigerators. It would have been helpful to have cotton dish clothes and dish towels for each day. Very glad to have an elevator to get food to 4th floor & luggage to 2 & 3rd floor. I would suggest 2 towel sets vs 1 towel set per guest. Glad to have washer & dryer. Overall we had a lovely family vacation. Jon was a great host!

Family beach vacation

Our family consisting of adults, grandparents, and children all had an amazing vacation at this property. Parking can be a little tight but is doable and the host Jon also provided parking passes for us to use. This unit has an elevator which made taking the luggage and/or groceries from the carport up to the upstairs kitchen a breeze. Jon is very responsive to anything that you bring to his attention and wants to help make the vacation one to remember. The ocean is just a short walk away and Jon provided beach buggy’s to use! It was also just a short walk from many places to eat and shop at. Most attractions were a very short drive away also. Very convenient location. It was our first time visiting Virginia Beach and our family loved it!

Excellent Location

Our extended family had a great beach week staying at Jon’s beach complex. Although there were a lot of stairs, the layout created an environment where subfamilies could avoid the noise from late nights if they wanted. Rooftop was a hit and offered a relaxing escape after a long day of beach activities. We very much enjoyed our stay. One issue we noticed was the difference between the place with the elevator versus not. The elevator took up square footage and changed the room layouts which weren’t shown in the picture descriptions. Knowing this change, we may have opted out of the place that had the elevator.

Awesome vacation

We rented this condo for our Virginia Beach family vacation with 12 family members. It was a great place to stay. Everyone had plenty of space. The location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck area in the evenings. Plenty of places to eat nearby within walking distance. Conveniently has a 7/11 right next door. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Had a great stay.

Property was super clean and laid out nicely. Having an elevator was great. The roof deck was awesome. Good location just a very short walk to beach, and shorter walk to the "boardwalk" stores and restaurants. Convenience store next door and supermarket within walking distance. All in all no complaints.

I have been a pilot for over 50 years: Air Force, retired from American Airlines after mergers with Piedmont and USAirways. Started in the weekly rental business with three apartments on this lot in 2006 This is the fifth summer with my new units that I was the General Contractor.

Why they chose this property

This property is a great location to enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, some times a real ocean, sometimes a lake with no waves. Great places Atlantic on Pacific( best oyster happy hour at the beach) or Parlor Donuts ( new and great, hit for breakfast) LOCATION LOCATION, LOCATION. Park the car. Start it up when you leave if you want. Very walkable. Coffee shops: Starbucks, Vlove, Parlor, 7 11. Harris Teeter grocery store, two blocks, CVS and Walgreens two blocks. Our location is 27th, 31st main street, many restaurant's and bars.
