The house, facing south-west, recent and bright on landscaped grounds of 1200m² offers a view of the lake and the mountains.
This house, juste a few minutes walk from Lake Annecy, with a private swimming pool and 2 terraces, sunny all day, offers an exceptional setting to relax and enjoy holidays with family or friends.

The house provides access to the first small beach 100m away, Brune beach and tennis courts 15 minutes away on foot.
