Recently renovated 2 BR/2BA unit on 7th floor. Beautiful SW views of the Gulf and Bay and steps away from the beach and Venetian Village. Open floor plan and balcony perfect for entertaining. Spacious LR and DR with additional seating at kitchen island.
Enjoy outdoor living on the large recreation deck with fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills and fanned canopy seating area. Recreation deck includes 2 hard surface tennis courts and pickleball. Enjoy memorable sunsets and views of the beach from two Sun Decks complete with chairs, tables and chaise lounges. Expansive pool area with spa includes padded chaises, umbrellas and Wifi along with an additional grill and shaded eating area. White sandy beach and extensive paved walking trail steps from pool area; enjoy the lush greenery and gardens of the trail while getting your daily exercise!
